Speaking of food; you leave the bedroom for a moment to plug your feed-tube into the food delivery system. The hissing of the sludge being pumped into your stomach sounds so alien every time you feed.

Returning to your bedroom, you view your memories in the back of your head; the happy childhood years of growing up as a designer Drone, the tumultuous years of being a rebel fighting for freedom, and the late days of your youth, when you relaxed in the mansion of your benefactor, alongside other 'liberated' drones.

You manage to turn on directional sensing and quickly realize that the sound is coming from the direction of the entrance! You walk up to the gate and point the tricorder at it...

You're standing just few centimeters away from the source of noise... but between you and the gate in front of you, there's nothing that could produce such sounds.

You have no way to find out what is making the source of noise.

You decide its time to head back and disable the sensor for now, because you're sure the noise will keep you up during your sleep.

Once you're out of the hazmat suit, you disconnect the internal sensor on Fuel Tank #1, which takes it off from fueling assignment list.

You check other systems and subsystems, but it seems everything else is in working order.

B) Prepare a repair request for SRC Headquarters, including the unknown acoustic anomaly.
C) Prepare a repair request for SRC Headquarters, without mentioning the acoustic anomaly.
D) Explore your mind and body, perhaps delving into the mind a bit more closely.

Tribes of Sicis suffer their first disaster in many decades, as the local marshes are inundated due to a local river being dammed. The Toadmen are amphibian, so they can handle this - their buildings and granaries and fields, however, do not. How extensive is the damage?

Is is a sensor problem? Some loose screw banging against the tritanium walls? Or something else?

The hazmat suit lets out a hiss as the pressure seals are closed. You walk slowly toward the fuel lock, your heavy boots stomping on the floor. A flashlight and a tricorder hang at your belt.

Tank #1 is half-filled with fuel at the moment, and not to mention, full of fumes. You take a tritanium axe, a standard of space marines, for defense - just in case something is living inside the tank.

You pass the first gate, then spend few seconds waiting for the doors behind to close and the gate in front to open.

You've checked the upper floor, and the middle floor. Flashlight exposed nothing unusual to you, and the tricorder sees neither magnetic nor electric spikes anywhere.

A) Let's try to remotely connect tricorder with the acoustic sensor of Fuel Tank #1.
B) Time to leave and disconnect the sensor. It's clearly broken, in a way that even diagnostic don't show it.

You find a little problem with the Fuel Pump #1; the Fuel Tank its connected to had its internal sensor disconnected, preventing the computer from allowing this pump to be assigned for incoming ships.

It doesn't take long to fix the problem and reconnect the internal sensor to the computer...

Its as if someone was tapping on the inside of the tank with a tool.

You check bio, movement and the temperature sensors... they don't show anything.

Goes the acoustic sensor.

A) Disconnect the internal sensor.
B) Run a diagnostic on the Fuel Pump #1 computer and sensors.
C) Find a haz-mat suit and check the Fuel Tank yourself.
