Why you ask for silk cloth. We have plenty of various plant cloth in seven different goddamn colors, even white! It is spring and the chasm doesn't offer cave spiders that would give us silk to spun into cloth for you.

You have been already crossed out from the bedroom's list, and that homeless peasant widow with an old dog was very happy to take your place.

Ah yes, our militia and their +Steel mace+'s will soon visit you and keep you company for few months.

15 dwarves died in latest goblin siege at Melbilonshen.

No, Litast wasn't outside that time :P Neither his wife nor son*

We also had to change the planting plans from half Abyssal berries/half Plump helmets to plump helmets whole year. Seeds of other crop are now cooked into biscuits.

As the able-bodied militia consists of only 4 dwarves, Melbilonshen's bridge has been retracted...

*Who got a sister few days prior.

EDIT: Another low-grade smithy got moody. I bet this time it will be 106% lame thing :P
EDITEDIT: Uhhh... why they always ask for silk cloth? In the very middle of spring!

I think I had a dwarfgasm.

Melbilonshen, threatened by centaur and goblin ambushes, now have a lot of wounded militia guys. It's early spring, elves arrived and sure it is time for annual ambush. The situation is grim... and suddenly, Litast, a low-grade weaponsmith, goes fey!

He gathered a lot of iron and few flint blocks...

And... five days later...

He created this:


Dwarves now sing that Terstum Dasel is a glint of hope for Melbilonshen, and the morale went up high, even amongst unhappy, bedridden recruits.

I will make sure that Litast and his daring wife will get best fucking bedroom in whole village.
