I think that patient's gown should be above lab coat in my inventory... because it looks now like the gown has pockets, not the coat

Does anyone have any shows that are extraordinarily heart-wrenching/depressing/etc, that aren't Bokurano/Saikano/anything on this list?
You might try Gilgamesh. I mean, it's far from utterly heart-wrenching/depressing, but the whole world of the anime is gray and post-apo and deals with emotions and end of humanity in general. Well... I watched it few years ago so sorry for inconsistency >.>'
