I removed upper_body so that the males wouldn't were clothing on there upper body, while females would, so replacing upperbody isn't a favorite option of mine.
Adding organs to the lower body would have some interesting effects on combat.
Adding upper body to anything else would cause both of the above to happen.

Right now I'm toying with the idea of declaring it a wing, and making the organs go inside a wing, but I'm not sure if that will have a negative effect like implying flier.

You might try to work with Castes.

Go find out if you can set specific clothing/equipment to one caste and forbid it for the other.

Well if the field isn't being used for anything does it even matter if you have groundhogs?
Because its late, I'm only responding to this because it doesn't appear that you know about rural life.  Fields are not planted year round.
Depends where you live. In more or less tropical places, there's no snow or very low temperatures altogether.

Now enough of your problems, on to mine! I relised there is a problem with my lionmen. Because I removed the [UPPER_BODY] tag from there torso, now organs won't go in there, any way to fix?

A few:
1) Give [UPPER_BODY] back to torso.
2) Make special set of organs that will belong to [LOWER_BODY]
3) Give [UPPER_BODY] to some other part.

I've not had a problem with weapon traps, it's STONEFALL traps that are the problem.

I had one goblin maceman run into a trapped entrance hall, run through and trigger a good 10 stonefall traps and make it out the other side with a broken arm.
And not the arm which he used to hold his mace.

He also managed to train himself up to a MaceMASTER on all my civilians.

Maybe you had wrong rock in the traps? Honestly, now because of that science-blabber in RAW, I wouldn't be suprised if now some rocks falling from ceiling are more/less deadly than the others.

Maybe.

Ahh, blessed are the bumps in their multitude and supportivity.

And no, that isn't a word.

Apologies for my absence from the forums.

I have some bad news I'm afraid. Unfortunately the baby mentioned a few pages ago was lost to us, and I've been a little more concerned with providing support for my wife than working on Spiritwood. Things are pretty much back to normal now, but we're both still somewhat knocked for six.

I'll see what I can do over the next couple of days about getting the next post out. I thank you all for your patience and continued support for this tale.

Oh my god.

*hugs*

Do you have "view pictures" enabled in your profile>modify profile>Show images within post signatures (images in profile and PM signatures are always shown) (it's a checkbox)

Of course I have! I turned it on all the way back on old forum and... oh... *looks again*

Apparently I'm not having it on now. Gotta change.

EDIT: I always knew I was missing something important after the forum move.

Well of course it is the blue egg in my signature. half the time has already passed and not one crack.

There's no link nor an blue egg in your signature.

That or my ad-block is malfunctioning, but that's unlikely.

Out of Curiosity, What forum were these idiots on?

Twas long ago, like 3-4 years, when I was discovering both internet and foreign (english) websites. I forgot the names.

But the 'mental image' remained strong...

One angry country that spends more on its military than the next fifteen countries combined, that's what.

Heh, another 'America is Superior' post. I'm so amused by those x3

Hey I'm just stating a fact.  If you checked my record, you'd know I've never claimed this was a good thing.

Nah, it's okay, and forgive my retardness if you felt offended.

My first meetings with US people were full of 'russia should die lol' 'if not us you would be nazi!!1' 'we bombed japan because they were bad and now they make games for us lol', and from here I gained my... general negative feelings toward US :P

On other hand, I should have picked the forums more carefully.

RedKing:

Part 1, additional E:

Or cut off the 'Mighty and Glorious' US from it's oil reserves around the world. That wouldn't be so difficult. Especially that those oil reserves are mainly not in US ground.
The US has it's own oil... some of it's not as easy to get to though.  It would be plenty to support us while the prices go up and it's replaced with alternatives.  It may even be good for us, IMHO.

I'm afraid that's incorrect. The US has very little oil- we've been declining in production since the '60s. If the world stopped sending us oil, we'd see massive disruption within hours.

Luckily, nobody wants to do that, because we would still have a few day's worth of fuel for military use, and we'd be angry.

What is one angry country against whole world :P
