I am Lieutenant General Topichyn, commander of the 1st Fighter Division of Ukrainian Air Forces. 
One of my pilots, name Sergei Danilev, asked me to write a letter of recommendation, the one 
you are now reading.

I know that X-COM is the most elite military force ever created by the nations of the world, 
yet I am sure that Sergei Danilev will serve you well. He joined the Ukrainian Air Force four 
years ago, and already haven been more than 3000 hours in air, most of them during the night. 
His obedience, professional hard training, and dreams of perfection turned him into an exceptional 
pilot and an organized soldier.

After he saw an UFO on Ukrainian sky, he cannot stop talking about this and how would he love 
to blast that damned thing from the air. Because of poor equipment, he was not even able to 
catch up with the UFO.

I believe that moving him into a local X-COM airplane base in Europe would both grant him 
a chance to fulfill his dream and also train the air-combat tactics more, and he will also help 
defend the Earth from the extraterrestial beings.

Knew I forgot something important. However this does work in my favor. If I begin construction as soon as i'm out of battle then the stores will be ready on the 2nd/3rd and I will have saved a buck on monthly maintenance. Of course I will still need about 2-3 days after the sotres are built to stock them. crap. I hope the aliens take a short vacation for those couple of days... XD

Also, I will PM you the universal letter format. just a little thing we learned in college.

Ha! So my experience with TFTD was at last put to use, yaay~!

Also, don't make me actual soldier. I would need living rooms then, and I don't think that all that money from monthly maintenance is worth a soldier

Topic: Hello!

 I'm a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend of one of your employees, and I learned that you need
 a pilot for your airplanes. So here I am: Sergei Danilev, a pilot from Ukraine Air Forces! Four years of

If you want to make him a 'soldier-pilot' (like the Interceptor-1 pilot), I agree! Just make sure he have a lot of TU's, bravery and shooting skill.

And a Laser Rifle.

Also: Do you have General Stores being build in the Europe/China bases? Unless you can keep ammunition/weapons for crafts in hangars...
