You send a royal order for the navy to set sail and defeat the pirating menace.
414 AEC, Midwinter
3
Your navy suffered several losses against well-crewed pirate galleys. The fleet is still strong however, and will continue operating in nearby waters.
As the black-haired, tall youth finishes the lengthy harp performance, the ladies - and some men - applaud him with a thunderours roar of clapping. Despite his young age, the musician is clearly talented, and your wife was staring at him as if into a wonderful tapestry. His soothing, melodic voice charmed everyone in the room.
Your wife invites him to your table, and he bows in respect.
"Greetings, King Lycwl of Kastoria, and greetings to his beautiful wife, Queen Abene." His soft voice is almost velvet. "It is the greatest of honors to be allowed into the castle of Kastorian royalty and give them a modest performance by me."
"It is not by any chance modest, mister Orano!" Your wife claps her hands. "My husband and I greatly enjoyed your performance. Truly you're a man of skill and great talent. My dear husband, how about we hire Orano as our court musician? Clearly, our current lute players and singers can't even match his talent by half."
A) "Fine then, he will play for us and our guests during every feast!"
B) "We have no need for services of traveling harpists."
C) "I won't buy a cat in a bag! I want to know more about our talented visitor."
