This is situation at the start of the war - Brandenburg has vast armies, and many allies.
Burgundy however is severely weakened at the moment, and we've managed to get Austria, and thus France, involved as well.
We have no big chances winning with Brandenburg 1 on 1 on field, therefore we must strike 2 vs 1 and defeat Brandenburgian forces piece by piece.
In terms of diplomacy, we will try our best to persuade Burgundy to leave the war early, maybe even with help of a bribe.

Our first fight! The combined enemy forces under Ernst August II Basedow, Duke of Saxe-Lauenburg, are routed.
After that we reorganize our troops into two armies instead of three, and retreat to Plock and Warmia.
Austrians in meanwhile get busy beating up Brandenburgian allies.

While we're busy relieving the Siege of Torun, Hochmeister Heinrich V is approached by Burgundian envoys.
We accept the peace wholeheartedly - this means we, Austria and France and concentrate on Brandenburg and its allies alone!
We win the Battle of Torun shortly afterwards, and prepare to strike Emperor Wilhelm Friedrich I at Hinterpommern.

Beaten him up, chased him to Neumark.
From Neumark, we ride to Berlin, defeating him once more.
Then we chase him all the way to Ruppin, where he suffers the 3rd defeat in a row.

Finally, at Altmark, the Emperor's personal army is destroyed, albeit he escapes with his life intact.
Austria wins several sieges against Brunswick and Hesse, but detached Brandenburgian forces beat up our Polish vassals.

HERESYYYYYY! Some Christian heretics, calling themselves 'Protestants' have taken over Saxony!
Unfortunately we're too busy; with help of spies and agents, we gain upper hand at the sieges of Ruppin and Brandenburg.
As soon as these two provinces are ours, we will move back east and undo the Emperor's victories against Duchy of Sieradz.

HANS, PREPARE THE BURNING STAKES!
The two crucial sieges are won; the Emperor organizes a twenty thousand strong troop, parking it in Neumark.
We march against it, and it will serve as final victory against Brandenburg!

Brandenburgian morale is several crippled if, after Battle of Neumark, their forces scatter after being chased to Poznan.
Yet, our foe raises another legion, placing it at Torun.

Sir Stefan is a fierce commander, but even he suffers an ignoble defeat at Torun, then Danzig.
Hochmeister Heinrich, not seeing another Brandenburgian army nearby, orders the split up of our forces into four to besiege remainder of provinces.
Austria, Pskov and Polotsk also scores victories against Brunswick and Hesse, and we force the latter out of the war.

Hochmeister Heinrich V dies in a skirmish against peasants who rose in revolt at Memel.
But, Konrad VII is ready to lead the Order in final moments of the war.

We maximize our war score and force a harsh treaty upon Brandenburg.
Their local power diminishes as we gain a core and an ally in Mecklenburg, and Saxe-Lauenburg now is an independent Kingdom.

Speaking of Kingdoms - Hochmeister Konrad VII, seeing all the heresies and the fact that nobody seems to listen to God anymore, decides to make himself a King as well.
Our military traditions and prowess on battlefield will be a basis for Kingdom of Prussia, no longer a theocracy but still upholding most sacred of Catholic virtues.
Gott mit Uns!
