Spoiler (click to show/hide)

2264.2.24, 65th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Amidst preparations to attack Zrunn Confederacy, our spies deliver reports through Vabuk Lokboldan that Zrunn themselves are preparing for an attack.
Unfortunately for them, we will be striking in just few months.

2264.4.15, 65th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The High Council has declared war upon the Zrunn; the initial offensive will see all 3 Battlegroups seek to conquer our claims, which were expanded to include Soteria and Aphris systems.
After that, we will grab Fre'Ake colony and starbase, then try to demolish a fleet or two to get leverage for peace negotiations.
To further our chances of accomplishing this, the High Council enacted strategic edicts utilizing Volatile Motes and Exotic Gases for use by the military.

2264.6.17, 65th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Our administration and bureaucracy is always in need of expanding and evolving.
It is about time we carry on with such research!

2264.8.29, 65th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The source of the signal from Yuuhtaan system turned out to be their enemies' research outpost.
We always welcome technological artifacts!

2265.3.1, 66th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
While the invasion of Zrunn space progresses on schedule and according to plan, our scientists continue to encounter bizarre phenomena.
Tulur Durwoltan, for example, found a thinking rock that disintegrated when touched. It gave him valuable experience, and us, lots of precious minerals!

2265.4.3, 66th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Not every session of the Chamber of External Affairs has its results given to the public - mostly because, as better-informed Wulvers know, it's not only diplomacy that matters.
Unfortunately, unlike our Explorers or Battlegroups, our Envoys are not always successful in subterfuge.
Perhaps it is sign Wulvers are not suited well for it - perhaps it is a sign this weakness of ours requires attention.

2265.4.3, 66th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
By the whim of universal Fate, a flock of angry Amoebas has entered systems under our control via Strom wormhole.
Chief of Defense bemoaned this and potential losses to the citizenry, but stated that the campaign against Zrunn will continue.

2266.2.15, 67th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The first true battle of Zrunn War has begun in Fre'Ake System. It's starbase is heavily defended, but our Battlegroups are more than ready for it.
Curious is the fact that there have been not sightings of Zrunn fleets so far - not even hyperdrive pings across systems.
Either we need better sensors, or the Zrunn are cowards.

2266.3.2, 67th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Meanwhile, the Strom Amoebas have moved onto Ysum system and disabled the local Outpost.
They're potentially a threat to our Explorers and Constructors out there, so Chief of Defense devised new generation of Luril Defense Platforms.
The strategic systems near Ysum, especially Ubogleeit, will receive a few of the new Lurils to try and whittle, or maybe even destroy, the hostile swarm.

2266.4.9, 67th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
With the capture of Fre'Ake System, our Battlegroups are initiating second phase of the invasion.
This involves taking of Zrunn systems around Fre'Ake and then prepare for third stage.

2266.5.16, 67th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Reg Folturmugan finally gets some advantage against Kenn Hijal, which continue to cold-beak us for many months now.
If worse comes to pass, we will be prepared.

2266.6.11, 67th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Finally, the Zrunn Horizon Corps show up.
Despite the wishes of our Admirals, Chief of Defense ordered them to put their Battlegroups in orbit of Srudma II gas giant and wait for Zrunn to come to them.

2266.7.30, 67th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Despite having larger vessels than our own Mugans, it is our technological and numerical advantage that decides the outcome of the Battle of Srudma II.
We didn't lose a single Mugan IV Corvette; while almost entirety of Horizon Corps was destroyed.

2267.4.6, 68th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
While Society Research Department had many good ideas this time, High King personally demanded they focused on administration again.

2267.4.21, 68th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
We definitely need better sensors.
Zrunn got a drop on us, with First Order and Void Corps appearing without warning in Srudma System.
Our Battlegroups were ordered to return from their operation and engage both Zrunn fleets at earliest opportunity.

2267.10.15, 68th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The Battle of Sjookr System is the battle that decides the entirety of the campaign.
And once again - our better weapons and larger fleets defeat and decimate First Order and Void Corps of the Zrunn.
News of the outcome of this battle reach the High Council and Zrunn Confederation in about the same time.

2267.10.22, 68th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
After period of seven days, the Zrunn Confederacy submits their offer of surrender.
The claimed systems go into Wulveran hands and the biggest prize is Aphris System with its 4 Rare Crystal deposits.
The War Edicts are suspensed and our economy can begin to return to its previous pace.

2267.11.2, 68th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The political repercussions of our victory are quite surprising.
The distant Chenjesu has offered a defense pact with us, and the High Council, on urgings of Master of Inventions and Lord Chancellor, have voted to agree.
Our envoys were then tasked to get Chenjesu to share technology and ship their crystalline migrants to us - to which Chenjesu Council agreed in two weeks' time.

2268.1.12, 69th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The first Chenjesu-colonized world will be Ussaldon II, a tropical world soon to bear the name of Kudar-Dur.
It will most probably be a mining world, given crystalline caverns, but there are plans to make it an industrial world as well, or a mixed one, even.

2268.3.12, 69th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
A first contact situation is to occur with the Hillios aliens.
Our veteran xeno-specialist, Rad Folturmugan, was tasked with establishing communications with the strange vessel.

2268.5.30, 69th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Another first contact occurs when crew of WVG Madog under Tulur Durwoltan get readings on some spacefaring crystal thingy.
Holdar Vabukabsol was ordered to research this entity.

2268.7.10, 69th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Traditions related to Discoveries continue to be refined and expanded, and so is the bureau supporting them, increasing our laboratorial flexibility.

2268.12.14, 69th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The Ghost Ship, as our agents describe it, seems to be floting about for its own purposes.
Maybe one day in the future, we can divine its secrets.

2269.2.2, 70th Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
What is strange that our Explorers are venturing deep into unknown space yet have to basically bump into new contacts to notice them.
We. Need. Better. Sensors! In the meanwhile, Rad Folturmugan will try and find common language with the inhabitants of this station.

2270.1.22, 71st Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
After decades since it has begun, the Exo-Biology Museum Hunt has come to an end, after Master of Inventions procured some Tassargoids from Lorongo system of Andrussa.

2270.2.6, 71st Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
We should've suspected that this is what was going to happen, but the High Council was reluctant to turn their backs on Kenn Hijal until it was too late.
A great war, one supported by the Chenjesu on our side, has begun, to ensure the survival or complete downfall of the Slithzerikai.
It's a funny thought; once upon a time they were our bitter rivals, now we are responsible for their safety and continued existence.
What will become of Kenn Hijal at the end of this, no one in the High Council knows.

2270.2.9, 71st Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
After a quick holo-meeting with our admirals, Chief of Defense has ordered rallying of the Battlegroups in Tem.
From there, as unified force, they shall roam Kenn Hijal space in search for targets while Chief of Defense prepares her planetary invasion troops.

2270.3.3, 71st Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The Curator Order quickly becomes a valuable source of information, and we gladly transfer almost 15k of energy credits for their knowledge and intel.

2270.5.29, 71st Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Amongst all this, our Chenjesu settlers land on Kudar-Dur and begin digging out a city.

2270.8.28, 71st Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
Out of nowhere, but with much enthusiasm, comes Borin, son of Noga. A scientist, engineer, tinkerer and salvager, he was welcomed by the High Council and granted Wulver citizenship.
Although he doesn't look like a Wulver, his heart definitely is, and Master of Inventions himself was eager to discuss stem-bolts and crystal-lattices with Borin over some afternoon beer.

2270.11.8, 71st Year of the Reign of High King Tolab Radagor
The seizure of the Wulver Embassy and expulsion of our envoys was the final jab that truly separated us from our former allies, the Kenn Hijal.
Next time we see them - will be on the battlefield!
