It has come to our notice that while your country has allowed its people to be enlightened by the teachings of the Father, there's only a token amount of places of worship, and chiefly in the southlands. Therefore our superior, Archpriest Sparagus Pulpius of Damedia, is requesting that you build a large temple, able to house several hundred, in the capital city of Methe, so that all Damedian worshippers have a place to pilgrimage and pray at with each other."

"Why don't you build it from your own money?" The Advisor asks, and the priests smile.

"It is not our country, and thus, not our coffers. And if the Empress builds a temple from her own violition and wealth, it will sure be seen as a gesture of goodwill by all Damedians."

If anything, the dominant culture will become Methiantese, replacing the other two and ultimately becoming the 'new' Luathbasian culture.
