That coat of arms for France is out of alphabetical order.

Oh heck, there's one? Which one is it v;

"Manufaktur" sounds like a place that was created in the wake of the Industrial Revolution of that region...

Pfft, read the rest aloud and you will notice I wasn't super serious with naming conventions there :P

Holy dang, them pencil masteries v:

I'm extra sold on the Big Eyes, or rather the freaking single hairs you drew on there. Simply sublime.

As for me, I'm tinkering about multiplayer SPAMGAME of sorts (FG&RP people will understand), and as it revolves around an Empire and its numerous tiny memberstates (think HRE, in fantasy/alt world), it occured to me that these memberstates need coats of arms.

So there you go, 28 starting States' coat of arms *rambling* there's 53 imperial lands total, so if starters break down I will need another 25 coats, wew boy

I've tried to follow usual heraldric rules on coloring and shapes rather closely, but considering I'm doing heraldry for ~6 hours, I'm not best ;v

EDITEDIT: A little update with proper 'crowning' for birds and felines (not that's a lot of pixels, but still), changed Waifunberg to follow color rules, and fixed full black Zetten and Oreoburg with brown-ish bordering.

I just wanted to mention that I've always pictured the alldivine cloisters as this:
I know it's a bit off topic, but I just wanted to mention that.

They do take over and refurbish old manors, keeps and temples so you're not far from truth with that image ;v

More votes pls.

Ethan moved closer to Vortai after hearing the question.

"Got it from a crazy old man on a ship we plundered."

You decide to marry Segeda; the wedding is scheduled to Spring that's just around the corner.

1096 AD, End of the Year

You feel as if it has been a while, but it's been only a year since last time the Advisor brought the Scrolls of Kingdom Status to you - ah, here he is!

Happiness: 7
Population: 5
Economy: 8
Army: 3

"Your Majesty! If our kingdom is to prosper, it needs more grandiose projects, now that we accumulated lots of money! My aides have prepared several ideas and I'm sure your bright mind have few of their own."

"Also, the people of the Kingdom are quite complacent with your rule and happy with their lives. If there was ever a moment to reap the rewards in the way of extra taxation, that moment is now!"

As for the project...

A) Sponsor construction of new houses and settlements around Methiant to fuel immigration and baby-making.
B) Send the money to develop Felonsein, both to repair war damage (what war?) and get some points amongst recently conquered Felonsines.
C) Build a grandiose monument of victory to commemorate our numerous and successful campaigns and skirmishes.
D) Send for the dwarves so that we might get ourselves a powerfuly, shiny artifact.
E) "Naaaaah." Take a swim in your newfound sea of riches.
F) Refurbish the palace to make it better defended and of proper size for a man of magnitude like yours.
G) Actually, let's send money to Alldivine Cloisters, requesting fresh troops.

As for the taxation...

A) Sure, why not, extra monies is always good!
B) No, lets keep the taxes as they are for now.

"I also must inform you that your scribes have finished the update of the royal map of the region." He unfolds the huge scroll and spreads it on your table, too.

"Great. We can move on then."

8468
"Under no circumstances the orb is to ever get into Gawen's hands. Claude, you watch Ashlyn's back carefully. Alright?"

8469
Ethan grumbled and hid the paper back into his clothes. The less people knew about the contract, the better.

He then led the others outside, where he motioned Ashlyn and Claude closer.

8470
Ethan grimaced and then pulled out a small, rolled up paper from inside his vest.

"You can read it." He opens up the paper but didn't let it go. The paper was a contract between Alvadan Admiralty and Ethan, detailing his priviledges, goals, guarantees and tax cuts for his 'job'.

8471
"Don't worry, I will make sure to sell it to its proper owners. Or at least demand a hefty 'return fee'. You have my word!"

You agree to the contract, and have your decision written in paper for the emissary, who leaves the throne room thanking profusely for entertaining his monarch's idea.

Few days later you learn that theb shady emissary from the west perished from torture. Oops. The Spymaster then presents you with the report: the only thing they managed to get out of him was that he wasn't actually an Eldrican emissary.

1096 AD, Late Winter

Your courtiers are ecstatic; they believe they found you a proper wife! It is Segeda, daughter of wealthy nobleman from the eastern borderlands of Methiant, not far from where the silver mines are. They flatter her beauty and wide hips, though little is said of her intellect or conversational skills.

A) Fine, let's marry Segeda.
B) Nah, find me someone else.

Warring States Period, Year 202, Winter

The Dangers of Journey: Weeping merchants arrive back at court of Jia Sun; one of the caravans were lost to the savage bandits dwelling in the western deserts!

A Peasant, a Hero: A tragedy almost befell the court of Man Lin! Yuan Shun, the governor of Qi, took a boat ride with his beloved and fell overboard. If not for the intervention of nearby peasant, who dragged Yuan Shun ashore, the governor would've drowned. The peasant was about to be rewarded but disappeared, and many courtiers believe that Yuan Shun was saved thanks to the Ancestors watching over the lands of Man Lin.

Moderation and Modesty: Xiong Song, the Marshal of Qin, has been recently taking lessons from traders and administrators, and these seem to have bore fruit, as the honorable commander learned how to be Frugal with his military budget. Meanwhile, Yuan Shun, either humbled by the near-death accident or mayhaps influenced by Buddhist sutras, has become much more Modest and humble in his life, both public and private.

"Pleasure." Ethan did a mocking bow.

"We're leaving, people." He turned to Gawen and her bodyguard. "To be sure there's no misunderstanding: You're joining my crew or just tagging along?"

Meanwhile, the better bowman scored a kill.
