You decide to meet with Eldrican envoy first.

"Greetings, King Yoe! I bring offer from my master, King Elran III, for certain military venue against few kingdoms that lie between our lands. May we speak in private, at the matter is sensitive and highly important?"

A) "Yea."
B) "Nay!"

T-0800 Hours

The final briefing is over. Along with Dr.Kravinsky and Dr.Stellvia, you have a brief breakfast, chicken and assortment of veggies, all steamed and pureed - possibly your last true meal for who knows long.

The Globe has been doubled-checked by the engineers. Fuel, rations and spare parts were loaded into shielded cargo hold of the ship. The GAD (Gravity-Anomaly Drive) has been calibrated and synchronized for standby mode. The RTGs, fueled with Capitalium-241 are online and supplying power to the computers and other ship systems...

T-0435 Hours

Interview for the International Broadcasting Community, check. Congratulations from the Premier, check. A tearful videophone call from your parents, check. Those were quite busy last two hours, but now you're in the Globe, helping the engineers with some last check-ups on the computers. Your guts twist and your heart beats faster, but you reign them in...

T-0010 Hours

The hatch has been sealed. The Globe is powering up. Soon, the GAD's emissions will greatly hamper communications with the outside world.

You are the brave Astronaut that shall sail through the gravitic anomalies, the Wormholes, and explore the stars. Your pioneering mission to explore new worlds, maybe find new lifeforms, and boldly go where no Terran has gone before.

You feel small, a bit scared, but you've been preparing for this for last decade. This will be your moment of glory - and a huge step for the whole of Terrankind.

But, who are you, brave Terran?

You shoo him away.

1096 AD, Spring

Two envoys request an audience, the guards say! Both come from unlikely places; the first comes from the distant Eldrican Kingdom in the west, with some offer for military cooperation, and the other from the equally distant Kashites Shahshans in the east, their diplomat with inquiry about ornamental gemstones mined in Methiant.

The guards ask whom to let first to the throne room.

A) The envoy from the Kashite Shahshans.
B) The envoy from Eldrican Kingdom.

//EDIT: Fixed a little geographical derp '<.

Praise the Toad!

Also, isn't the delay just fifteen seconds? I hit it fairly often when updating paired game threads.

Yeah, I can confirm that when I was updating my forumgame stuff too often the timer was 15 seconds. Never 30.

Standard barbarians remain in their location, burning stuff and leeching money till you deal with them or till they leave on their own (that's a small chance tho).

You agree to buy services of the Alldivine mercenaries.

1095 AD, Winter

Gemstones arrive at the Treasury, silver is sent to Ceodwells.

The year of festivities was more than welcomed by the peasants. They've celebrated, feasted and had great time in general.

1095 AD, End of the Year

The Advisor arrives with Scrolls of Kingdom Status.

Happiness: 6
Population: 5
Economy: 5
Army: 5

Those are good numbers.

However, the Advisor lingers till you take a hint.

"Is there a matter to discuss, my dear Advisor?"

"There is." The Advisor bows his bearded head. "You have no heir, sire. While Gedavina was a faithful wife who provided your with children, no son was born of this marriage. While you are mourning, some believe that we should make haste and find you another wife, so that hopefully the Yoe dynasty shall continue."

A) Shoo him away lest you do something violent.
B) "Fine, find me a wife somewhere in Methiant."
C) "Fine, find me a wife of importance abroad."

You send message to renowned artisans that the Crown is in need of memorial statue for your dead Queen.

1095 AD, Midsummer

A renowned bronze-maker from Lametania has been chosen as the best man for the job; he will have it cast and shaped based on several portraits and images of Gedavina the palace has.

1095 AD, Autumn

The statue is complete; it is truly a marvel, and has captured the beauty of Gedavina in detail. The bronze-maker is paid handsomely for his masterwork and departs to his homeland.

The bronze statue ends in middle of the palatial gardens, surrounded by flower combs and with a small fountain at the statue's feet.

Several days later, Battlebrother Krush from the Tech Cloister arrives at the palace. He greets you with the sign of Alldivines.

"Greetings, King Yoe! Our holy orders have dealt with your father, providing them with troops in exchange for donations to our altars. Do tell, are you interested in acquisition of thousand young but skilled men?"

A) "Sure, extra soldiers are always useful."
B) "Nah."

You decide to sponsor the party time across Methiant.

1095 AD, Spring

The caravan of spice arrives from Ceodwell! The powders and roots and petals and seeds smell just wonderfully, and the plethora of reds, purples, yellows, browns and blacks stain the fingers of those courtiers who were brave enough to taste the exotic spices - soon reporting the sour, sweet, spicy, extra spicy and unbearably spicy tastes of them all. Your beloved Gedavina spends some of this wonderful spice, 'cinnamon', to personally bake the sweetest apple pie you ever tasted.

The acquired Gubta spices are soon sold amongst wealthier citizens and the nobles of the Kingdom.

Quote
3to5

The people are ecstatic to have such wonderful seasonings, and the Treasury earns a nice cut on proxy trade of the spices.

1095 AD, Mid-Spring

Your dear wife Gedavina gives birth! It is a girl again, and your Queen names her 'Isha'.

1095 AD, Two days later

Quote

You hold the hand of your dear wife. The bout of fever struck her weakened body in the morning after Isha's birth, and the situation only worsened. Despite your healer's best efforts, the spirits of death took Gedavina in the night.

The Kingdom of Methiant begins the mourning of the death of their young Queen.

1095 AD, Summer

Quote

You can't believe, but you miss the constant chatter and blahblah of Gedavina. The bedchambers were always full of her voice, and now your quarters are deadly silent, unless your daughters decide to break the silence with baby crying.

The sadness in your heart needs to be brushed away, but how you shall deal with your grievances?

A) By drowning the sadness in copious amounts of alcohol.
B) By spilling the sadness onto paper in poetic forms.
C) By shutting it away in depths of your heart.
D) By comissioning a statue in Gedavina's honor in palace gardens.

You send the Army to quell the riots.

Quote

Ten days later you receive a report; the Army was able to pacify the city but numerous buildings were burnt to cinders. Almost two thousand citizens died in fighting and in the fires, and about five hundred of your soldiers were beaten on the streets! The ugly affair however was fixed after some time, and nobody in Anwyl dares shout vulgarities in your general direction.

1094 AD, End of the Year

As you're enjoying a mug of beer, while your wife rattles about some folk tales about the recent undead menace, the Advisor arrives with Scrolls of Kingdom Status in his hands and a unhappy scowl on his face.

Happiness: 3
Population: 5
Economy: 5
Army: 4

"The people remain a bit unhappy about lack of swift resolution to the problem of the undeath. Shall we sponsor festivities in the coming year to lift their spirits?"

A) "About time we party!"
B) "Not this time, no."

You hire a more skilled band of adventurers this time.

1094 AD, Winter

Quote
4to6

The roads and settlements are dangerous places due to undead menace and angry peasants, but the silver was safely sent to Ceodwell while gemstones arrived at your Treasury.

Quote

The adventurers did it! The source of the undead menace was ancient tomb, its ghastly inhabitant stirred from the cursed slumber by some quarryworkers. The adventurers battled into the heart of the elaborate tomb and destroyed Evaldych the Ghast, whose powers caused bodies to rise from their graves and accost the living. Once the skeletal remains were purified and Evaldych's spirit finally sent to the afterlife, reports of the undead collapsing into dust came from across all of western Methiant! Many say that this thorough work will ensure that no more undead hordes spawn in the land.

The adventurers were paid handsomely for their task and they left to continues their adventures.

Few days later, a robed man with pointy hat arrives at your gates and the guards let him in at once.

"Greetings, King Yoe. I have heard that you require my services, and here I am." You tell him about the undead, and the red star, and how the adventurers dealt with the former.

"The red star is a phenomena of warning, that such a dire disaster has sprung in your kingdom. Thus, as the evil was dealt with by brave adventurers, as I've heard, the star will also finish its trai land disappear into the darkness of the cosmos once again. Fare thee well." The Wizard turns around and leaves.

1094 AD, Midwinter

There is rioting in the south of Methiant!

Quote
2

Governor of the city of Anwyl reports that many shops have been looted and numerous officials beaten as the ungrateful citizens shout 'down with the King!' 'Yoe the Lazy outta Methiant!' and such phrases.

A) Let them vent, it will pass, especially that undead are gone now.
B) This shall not stand! Time to send in the Army and bonk some heads!
