Year 5000, Winter

The Vain Alchemiss: Terfela Ironwolf, a Greedy Alchemist and Beastmaster, stops in South Mefd by the tower of Cirelc Wonderbringer, and offers her services, which she prices rather high: at 8 Mana.

Even More Castles: Even more provinces turtle it up with hastily built Keeps.

The Lone Optimist: Governor of Upper Carmen remains the only one without a defensive army, while all his (still independent) colleagues do have troops by now.

You explain that you already allied with Alac to gain his support against Salus. The messenger looks concerned.

"I see. This makes things complicated. Alas, I think I cannot say more without briefing Prince Otalan about this, so I shall take my leave. Goodbye for a while, King Yoe."

And then he leaves.

You host your council of officers. You decide to...

A) Besiege the city with your troops.
B) Wait till Otalan's messenger comes back.
C) Bombard away!

8765
You need to conquer 9 first :v

But yes, armies passing through 9 after that will get the bonus.

The man is allowed to meet you after guards check him up for weapons.

You two then hide in your tent, where the courtier takes his hood off and bows his head in respect.

"Greetings, King Yoe. I am Malcos, aide to Prince Otalan. The Prince tried to persuade King Salus to surrender, but King Salus has been recently growing more and more unreasonable. Therefore Prince Otalan offers to make a deal; he will arrange for his father's disappearance and bends his knee to you, but you will make him King of Lametania in return."

Seems the details of Alac's deal with you haven't reached the court yet.

A) Tell the messenger about Alac's deal with you.
B) Simply refuse the deal.
C) Agree to the deal to make Otalan the new King of Lametania.

You decide to send a messenger to King Salus as your Army is anxiously camping just outside maximum range of trebuchets and other catapults on the walls.

The messenger returns next morning as King Salus have decided against surrender and even negotiations. Just as you prepare to hold a council with your officer, one of your guards steps up to you.

"Sire, a stranger claiming to be a Lametanian courtier wants to talk with your privately."

A) "A very unsubtle attempt at assassination by paranoid Salus. Get rid of the agent!"
B) "Sure, I will talk to him. Bring him to me at once."

@Tack, your orders are showing :V

You decide to let him and his soldiers go fight Karkhuta.

You continue on southwest, reaching the walls of Lametanian capital in about a week. No one but some lone archers hiding in bushes and small groups of horsemen harass your approach, but they're easily punished. Your scouts in meantime gathered info about the capital's defenses:

Lametanians have hastily constructed many siege engines on the tower walls and lots of militia was accumulated from southlands. Some say that about three thousand armed men are stationed at the capital, with another group, mixed with Damdamian mercenaries, camping south of the city, their numbers about eight hundred.

During a council with your officers, it is agreed to...

A) Send a messenger to King Salus, asking for surrender.
B) Begin a sitting siege of the mighty castle.
C) Start the battle with some destructive Blackheart volleys.

Also heaviest as in 'most upkeep spending'?

Assume that you have one of each 5 Summoned units: a Hellhound (6 upkeep), a Golem (9 upkeep), a Selkie (4 upkeep, an Avian (7 upkeep), and a Thunderwyrm (12 upkeep).

First to disappear will be Thunderwyrm, next turn the Golem, then Avian, then Hellhound, and finally Selkie, until you get Net Mana into positive numbers (or at least to 0).

Also new Turn posted. My mana math was wonky till I remembered that peeps get mana outside Generators, so I had split the + but there might be slight errors, please point out if you notice any.
