Does it do fake loading to avoid sites detecting it?  I was pretty satisifed with Adblock (not plus), but lately there is a lot more sites popping up annoying banners and stuff whenever they detect that I haven't loaded the ads.

From what I see it hard-blocks everything that's listed, which is why there's no load lag I guess? I'm not sure, I'm not a software expert

It works better than AdBlock for me, that's all I can say.
