Wait. I think we need to nerf daggers, actually.

At any rate, the Large Dagger has always been a deadly slashing weapon against anything unarmored and your size, even in 40d.
And spears,spears cut almost everything in half,its like they are lightsabers.

Went to search for a Giant hiding out in the caves for a quest as a bowwoman. Noticed the amount of naked mole rats trying to ambush me, and killed them all.

Then I got to the Giant and promptly realized I was out of arrows. My head was crushed.

And then you got slaves ... er ... villagers that do your bidding.

I prefer raiding Raiders and Paradise Falls with the Chimera.

Is your errorlog.txt file outputting anything suspicious? I don't know if it's possible, but there might be a conflict with the entry names.

Try changing ENTITY:ANGEL to something else?

No, removed anything listed in the logs.

I doubt the INDIV_CONTROLLABLE token is your problem. Try adding [ADVENTURE_TIER:4] to the entity. Nevermind, I apparently can't Ctrl+F properly.

@Deon - Well, they're Angels. And it was meant for screwing around in Adventure Mode.

Civ generation is based on breeding pairs. Exclusively female entities simply don't work.

Also, lower speed is better, creatures without a MAX_AGE entry are immortal, and HUMANOID_FLIER probably isn't what you think it is.

Yeah, I was going to remove the HF tag. It's meant to be adventure only, however.

So:

I started with, say, an Angel, just to keep things simple before I try other creatures (and to fuck around in Adventure Mode). Problem is, it's not showing up in any generated worlds, even when I fixed all the ennerous tags. Here's the creature file:

Yes, I placed the creature file in a new text file titled creature_new, and the Entity is above the Dwarf, but I don't know if they're affecting anything in worldgen.

If you're extremely patient and can train them all up to legendary in a few stats then you'll be nigh invincible.


Expect to lose one or two every time you raid a major city though, thanks to the bowmen.

ah I need to replay that game... Unfortunately the sniper rifle is so limited on ammunition that playing a sniper is pretty impossible. The scoped magnum is nice as well, but all the other guns just lack range. NEED MOAR AMMO.

Dave's Ol' Painless and Lincoln's Repeater are some of the best rifles out there.

Best assault rifle's the Xuanlong, especially when you have maxed out small arms. Tears Enclavists apart.

The Armored 101 Suit is useful until you get T-51b or Hellfire.  :P

They're a pain in the ass when you're exploring the upper half of the map.

Oh rlyeh? My Chinese Officer's Sword cuts them like butter. Om nom nom.

Small arms character. I encountered them, like, every five seconds (I don't have the DLC yet, so thank God I didn't have to deal with Albino Radscorps)

Giant Radscorps can appear at any level, but they only become REALLY numerous when you're near level twenty.
