Progress Report:

Working on Magmette, Jethro, and Bogesh's movesets again. Should have them don in 4-6 hours, depending on how much time I have.

QUERY: SHOULD I START ON GCAT (Scamps) MOVESET, AND WILL WE TREAT HIM AS A LEGENDARY OR NOT.

 -Wambler Evolves at level 24 to Gianbane
 -Wambler & Gianbane should have high attack stats but poor defence stats

Its current evolution is actually Lv9, Lv15, Lv18

At what level there would CatClowd evolve into CatClowd?

On cat line, should we move its evolution up instead? Having it evolve at 15, followed again by 18 seems fast, even going by bug standards.

But that seems like a bit of a jump - One at lv15, one at lv28, and then 62 more at each level after?

Just for evolutions sake for Catclowd. You can keep the horde of produced cats, just space out the evolutions more. Its not supposed to be a Bug type.
Er the Bogesh line should have fury scratch and double team somewhere in there.

I'm also tempted to ask for a new catagory for the Bayobeasts that are "almost" done, because as it stands I can't tell what bayobeasts need movesets and stats.

Yes, that looks like it is a definite improvement from the last one.

I would say it's ready to go, but I want more input on it before we add it to the hub.
