You haven't played it yet?

This game is the bigger equivalent of DF. You run an entire nation, from it's taxes, research, and advisors, and you lead it in battle, deciding on a strategic scale which regions to attack and to siege. It is insane going from a OPM to a colonial world power.

I noticed you never mentioned the game being realistic. ;)

EDIT: I hope I can see things at least half as crazy as this:

not very crazy happening
Unless you're playing MM, you most definitely will.
I would almost be willing to play if I didn't have to uninstall HTTT and deal with the sickening vanilla map, personally.

So is it safe to use 146.9, or should i change it to 146.1? (dam I'm telling everyone my eavesdropping methods)
It's safe, and besides, anyone who's played AI and hasn't ever eavesdropped isn't a very good AI; though personally I save it for AI traitor/malfunction rounds.

Isn't metagaming against the rules?

How do you see it as metagaming? The AI has the ability to eavesdrop, it doesn't require any outside knowledge.

Why would the AI be programmed to randomly scan channels?
You're misunderstanding the issue. The AI could easily be programmed to set all the station's intercoms to feed directly to one of the AI's channels for protection of the crew. Scanning randomly for the syndicate channel is obviously pretty metagamey.
Also, a simple idea, reinforced false walls. At the moment it's pretty obvious something is up when there's a normal wall in the middle of many reinforced wall tiles.

Zac, you have incredible economic might. Lowering your food prices forced a lowering in three other companies' prices too.
You might be able to use this to lower overall food prices and give everyone cheap food, if you want to do that.
Think about it Zac! We can outcompete everyone easily.. and feed the WORLD! People will flock to paraguay for its absurdly low food prices, and the greedy corporations will cry as they fail to turn a profit!

Rakonas: I can use my SO account to purchase you a house from anywhere pretty much, just tell me where the best deal is and i'll go grab it for you.
Doesn't that entail hefty import fees and what not? I prefer smuggling.

I need a way out of this hellhole little country...

1.21 THB an hour will take forever to get a freaking ticket, they cost 12THB here...
Who are you in game? Pretty sure I could donate a ticket, no problem.

You should sell it at .40 each to be competitive.

EDIT: Also, is it possible for us to upgrade or something? I want some better quality food so my wellness doesn't keep dropping.

EDIT2: Never mind, I'd have to work more. Drat.
Is it possible to build your own house, or do I have to buy one?
The company has to upgrade to allow for better quality food production, which I think we should work on. Currently I'm turning 22 wheat into 22 q1 food in a day, and I can't stand the smell of 22 crappy loaves of bread made with pre-digested wheat, personally.
You have to buy your own house, I believe that the cheapest house usually costs 3 gold; it's definitely worth looking around comparing currency weight to house price and buying a house in a foreign country with how expensive they tend to be.
Ah, ~2 gold actually, Edit: Right, so apparently they changed it so that you have to be in a country for a day to buy stuff there, so I'll be gone for a couple of days as I seek a q5 house to spend all my money on.

I have for the first time succeeded at the indev survival mode.  I have a home dug into a cliff face, with a glass ceiling room for farming, a fancy little ship built offshore near the cave, 2 sets of full iron armor, hundreds of arrows, probably miles of lit tunnel and natural cavern, and I found Adminstone when I drained an underground lake.

I need a megaproject.
Is there a tutorial to making things in survival mode? I remember I collected a crap load of gold but had nothing to do with it and then got ambushed by a zombie deep underground. The way mobs work is just annoying.

Saying one game is better than another because it supports mods is like saying one cup of coffee is better than another because you put sugar in it it doesn't have a magical force field preventing you from putting sugar in it like the other does.
Fixed

So there, I mean, hell, I got to do something to keep me busy as the A.I. if I'm without orders lol

. It starts out good but then you end up with all of them discussing how a cryo cell works (when none of them know how to work it and no one inside it) with their radios off.

As a bored AI, just go around solving this problem for the entire station. It's amazingly useful and drastically underestimated.

I kinda have agree with Micro. Zombies have it hard enough, especially patient zero. To preclude them from using alarms and canisters would be a bit excessive.
Zombies have it hard enough? A good zombie is practically invincible, it's just that some idiot zombies that don't know what they're doing ruin the zombie cause. Honestly, I get normal game balance arguments, even if I don't agree with them, but to argue that zombies should be unable to break fire alarms or break canisters so that they can intelligently use them instead is just silly.

I miss EQ, It was my first mmo, and still ranks as among the best in my mind. I left some time after the instanced dungeons stopped being used as the next expansion came out, though I was really on and off for several years before that and never accomplished much. One thing that really stood out that all other mmos that I've played which I can think of lacked, was starting content. Whether I'm an Iksar necromancer or an Iksar monk changes a lot, and the difference between starting as different races was even more...
Actually, I think the last time I played with much enthusiasm was when the progression servers came out, that was amazing. Journeying from place to place took just the perfect amount of time to make it worthwhile and yet not monotonous, which I've never really felt in another mmo and was ruined by PoK. I was extremely disappointed when certain guilds made it their goal to advance as quickly as possible, ruining the fun for everyone else.

Does Napoleon force steam upon you like Empire did or what? That's really going to be the selling point for me right now.

And as soon as Trorbes leaves, Ridley stuns me, throws me into the chapel mass driver and LeeOskar launches me for no perceptible reason.
You euthanized me, it was perfectly justifiable for you to be stunned repeatedly and left in the driver for someone to launch you.
