The lower third is a road, while the upper two thirds are grass with very poorly drawn flowers on it. On the road are 3 depressed looking stick-people, the two nearer each edge about half as tall as the picture, and the small one in the middle much shorter(1/4-1/3 height). The small one has a bloody axe.

It makes use of the color 223 21 141.

It looks to be two giants, both sad and with stubby arms. One giant has a mustache, both have short hair. It looks like they are walking around in some grass and flowers. A short, bearded person is present, with an axe embedded in the leg of the mustached giant. There is a rather large river of blood from the wound. A dwarf chopping up elves is my best guess.

*On the left is a tall humanoid with pointy ears.
*Center is another tall humanoid with pointy ears.
*On the right is a short humanoid with a long beard, wearing what appears to be a skirt and driving an axe into the middle humanoid's right leg from behind.
*The middle humanoid is in an awkward pose, apparently falling, with his right leg, (the one in which the axe is currently embedded) up in the air.
*The left humanoid is standing, facing the middle humanoid with his hands pressed up against his mouth, a concerned expression on his face.
*The blood from the middle humanoid's leg is splashing onto the left humanoid's left pant leg, as well as dripping on the ground, forming a large puddle.
*The left and middle humanoid are wearing button-up long-sleeve shirts and have pointy, anime-ish hair. They are wearing baggy pants and boots.
*A very large flower is between the left and center humanoids, right under the middle humanoid's raised boot. This seems to be important due to the irony of an Elf's last act being the crushing of an innocent flower.
*The short humanoid (Dwarf) on the right has a very serious expression, based on what can be seen through the beard. His beard reaches down below his crotch and has something tied around it half-way down. His legs are bent in a half-crouch.
*There is green grass covering the ground.

Note that all references to the characters' sides (left leg, for example) are relative to their bodies, whereas all references to the picture as a whole are relative to the picture as a whole (dwarf on the right, for example).
