Er, Canada had Giant Bears AND Giant Beavers...Canada, eh?
+1 Jackrabbit worthJackrabbit just posts a lot so he can get quoted by people. It's the only way I can measure my self-worth.
Haha, I played a bunch of Mass Effect 2 this evening, that was a triple A title that had alcohol and explosions.but did it have magma-induced alcoholic explosions?
but you still have normal-sized kangaroos so that doesn't count. whats the point of getting rid of the huge ones if the smaller versions are still there? So there aren't many dangerous animals in Scotland, but there's plenty in Australia? I'd say the Scots utterly wiped out their dangerous wildlife long before history could record them being there.
My vote is still pending :O
The Abbos wiped out the good stuff long before white man got down here too; we used to have Giant Kangaroos.
There must be a engraver dwarf around here. who else makes pictures of someone making pictures of someone making pictures?Fault makes fan art of DF. Then SebbytheFreak makes fan art of faults art.
Is that fan-fan art?
Quick, someone make fanart of Sebby's picture, so that way we have Fan-fan-fanart!
Most publishers would probably demand that the game isFixed for accuracy.nerfed a lotmade completely unrecognizable from the original,
so that even people with low intelligence and/or "casual gamers" are able to play it
dwarves are more likely to be left-handed.(totally unbiased seconding by a lefty.)
One last thing before I go, and this may sound like heresy which will most likely be punished by a severe hammering, but what do you think good sources of music are to play in the background? The six-string piece by Toady is nice for a while, but it gets old. The song Devil's Lab from FF6 seems to fit the game well. The hammering sounds remind me of a Dorf working furiously at a forge or something, trying to pump out enough copper swords to supply the meager fortress militia before they march blindly to their deaths, provided free of charge by the HE Corporation™. (Herd of Elephants)For music:instrumental music or Korpiklaani both are nice.
Also, TV Tropes' article on DF says that carp and elephants have been nerfed and replaced by unicorns. This still true? Should I keep avoiding Good-aligned sites for my first fort so that Snow White and her entourage don't get gored by the deceptively cuddly-looking white ponies with razor-sharp spikes on their foreheads? After all, wouldn't want to stain all that pearly white fur a grisly shade of red, right? Red unicorns just aren't as pretty.
Huh. That's weird because mine never do.do yours all have [PERMITTED_REACTION] and everything?
Ive always been able to just use the workshop the reaction is based in, the manager just speeds it up.(ordering it to be done that is.seconded. My reactions all show up in their places.
...also, all the soldiers are now lefties.Yay! (lefty is i)
Except the archer
"A while" means like five minutes for me. If it's in any way possible to copy the game directory to the computer you're using, do that. Or at least turn off autosave. It means at least 10 for me. Ugh.
The thread implodes. The thread 2 is hit by the flying !!thread topic!!
The thread has been struck down!
Oh, I completely forgot there's "other" option. Well, in that case, my bid for Bosnians being most badass: we play minesweeper with real mine fields.ooh. has any one won yet?
