First time poster, long time player.
Just wanted to ask a couple of questions about sleepers with the new applications of Advocacy, Espionage and Sabotage.
I am interested in increasing certain sleeper's Juice, which I assumed I can do...
"Sleepers have several options available to them. Through Communication and Advocacy, they can either Promote Liberalism to affect public opinion, with effectiveness dependant upon their social status and skills relevant to their position, Spout Conservatism to negatively effect public opinion, to gain trust among their peers, and expand the sleeper network, that is recruiting another sleeper, if they have enough juice."
...but after setting many different sleepers to each of the options, I have never seen an increase to juice for my sleepers.
What am I missing?
