Also, the articles says they polled 863 Americans, considering that is less then .000001% of the U.S population its pretty hard to say they had a large enough sample size to be credible   :P.

Of course, one could simply want to play J4, or be really good at him, its better to play someone you're skilled at then to chose a champion simply because of their character strengths. In the case of jayce, someone might go j4 instead if their team is lacking cc. J4 also has a better late game than panth (mainly due to the aforementioned cc).

It might be viable with some other tanks on the team, a tanky support or a tanky jungle. As then you probably could get away with initiating less and could just focus on killing carries. But you would still always wanna build some tankiness, and some early tankiness too or otherwise early teamfights would suck.

I agree with this. In part. The big stores reselling used games are bad. But people selling person to person should never be eliminated.
I was just about to post this. It brings up the interesting point of servers, after all, pirated games still use multiplayer servers unless they are P2P or pirate servers. So piracy DOES take away money!

Probably not much money, and to my knowledge the majority of pirated games do use pirate servers because its easy to tell if its a cracked copy if they connect to a legit server.

Plague is ravaging my fortress. A FB brought a severe necrosis syndrome in after a whole clusterfuck of dwarven stupidity involving the creation of my magma pump stack. Now prolly at least 40 percent of my fortress animals are infected. Luckily only about 5 or 6 dwarves have come down with it, and they all pulled through, but it looks like without the proper medical care that my dwarves receive, animals may have a near 100 percent death rate. I've started a mass quarantine project, but I'm not sure how much it helps, since I have no idea how the plague is spreading, and as mentioned before, a large number of my animals may already be doomed (including my war dragon :'()

Me too, the Hound is probably my favorite non-main character character in the books.
(Main character being defined as anyone who gets a chapter from their prospective.)

On the topic of Stannis, I am upset that they left out the whole peaches thing, i thought it was a great scene. I also don't feel they are portraying his and Davos's bromance well enough, in addition to the other problems.

I wouldn't say its necessary to watch the show, it misses out a lot from the books. I personally started reading them after I started watching the show, and I definitely prefer the books. But the show still doesn't do a horrible job, and seeing things come to life is always kool.

Hmmm... i think i know what someone was doing roughly 10 minutes ago...

Gotta say, i love both the books and the show, but the show definitely gets a bit confusing at times. Even though the red priest from the Brotherhood Without Banners has been in 2 or 3 episodes by now, I didn't even know it was him until the Hound referred to him as "priest".

Also one complaint about the show, it seems hell bent on making some of the characters seem less competent. Mainly in the Night's Watch. When it comes to John Snow's arc, it changed their capture from being caused by circumstances they had no knowledge or control about to largely being due to him farting around with the wildling girl.

Also, iirc, didn't Sam release the ravens like he was supposed to at the Fist of the First Men? And they took out the whole he kills an Other thing.

... but it's not unusual for me to generate a world to actually play on, only to end up scrolling around and marveling in the greatness of the new world.

Black Lagoon was pretty awesome. My only real problem with it was the action got a bit over the top for me. I don't mind over the top action from time to time but i felt it contrasted a bit too much with the dark, gritty atmosphere of the rest of the anime.

Started watching Sankarea a little bit ago. Been enjoying it, and it had a Shaun of the Dead reference in the first episode. Just had to wonder, how many people back in Japan actually got that?

Considering we have ~40 people now, multiple worlds sounds like a good idea. I don't think we should have too many, maybe one for every 10-15 players or so? If we do have multiple worlds, we should make sure to split up into different threads, of course.

Isn't the underlying issue for the whole Boy Scout thing pretty much:
Parents don't want to send their kids under the care of an organization that has homo scout leaders and/or homo scouts.  (Cause they'll get infected with the gayz and/or get molested.)

In my last year of Scouting and just wanted to mention that, at least in theory, molestation shouldn't be a problem because the Boy Scouts already have rules to protect from molestation.
This doesn't stop people from being bigots anyway, of course.
