Creaca's avatar scares me...

I just remember Armok's avatar being called a Glow in the Dark Dwarven Bikini during some thread or another, and It only took me months of procrastination to spend 5 minutes to make that dream into a reality.

China would not get involved with the US. Absolutely not. We're too valuable a trade partner for China to risk.
By "important trade partner", you mean "the US owes us too much money", right?

Can't it be both?

WHYYYYYY

Oh my god the bindings of the universe have been loosened! Quickly, run to your loved ones and hug them! That is if the air hasn't turned to fire, your hands to snakes, or you loved ones to decorative but pretentious furniture pieces!

If we can just get 50% of those men in Wigs and wearing halter tops and pumps the community should be able to function normally until the women can produce a more even number females.

Oh wait, who am I kidding? If we can just get 50% of those men out of Wigs, halter tops, and pumps.

I had a lot of emotional turmoil when creating this Avatar, as I did not want to bring down Armok's anger on myself.

No, not really.

Everyone I know has gotten addicted to MTG. I mean, it was slowly spreading throughout my social group before, but now it's really catching on. Which is very good, because I finished building a Mono-Blue Hero Deck I'm pretty proud of.

Growing up in a semi-rural neighbor-hood consisting entirely of boys, I am now able to admit we where some vicious little pricks. One of the best pastimes, was for me and the neighbors youngest child, who was closest to my age, to torment my younger brother. We would create fictional clubs, and my brother, wanting to be in on the fun, would do anything to join. Oh and we certainly made him do anything. Some choice bits I remember are forcing him to climb to the bottom of a well naked, while we threw his clothing up in the tree by the road, having him piss on a tree, then lick it, tie a ribbon around the tail of one of the neighbors bulls, oh and that time we locked him in the freezer of the nearby Peach Shed.

Good times.

As an 8 year old, I found an old .22 bullet, unfired while trekking through the forest. I of course brought it home, and kept this bullet for a few weeks. Ignorant as to the ways of bullets, I decided I would fashion a ring from this bullet, at 6 A.M. by the way with both parents still asleep,   by pounding it into mush with a meat tenderizer.Did I mention I did this on the tile floor right in front of the Water Heater? After 5 minutes or so of tapping at the lead bit, the bullet exploded right in front of me. I escaped dazed, confused, but unscathed except for a few minor cuts on one arm. A bullet going off in the house did not wake my parents.

Considering the perfect storm of disaster and stupidity surrounding that event, I'm still very surprised how well it turned out.

Going to be playing Forgotten Realms DnD 3.5 soon! Very soon! After a failed attempt at starting Exalted, we've pirated all of the 3.5 source books, and most of our group have already completed or started on character sheets.

I actually have very little experience in DnD PnP, but I have a good concept of the general mechanics and setting from Neverwinter Nights I and II, Baldur's Gate, and a few supplementary books I picked up and read for fun a couple of years ago.

We'll be doing an evil campaign, I'll be an LE Cleric of Jergal, with Repose and Fate as my domains. I was originally planning a Werewolf Cleric of Malar, but the +3 ECL and the lack of a lawful character to keep the group goal oriented made me and our DM decide I should change classes.

I watched the recap special before the episode, and it had Jacob with a class of wine, he said that the wine hell, while the plug was the island. And I thought to myself that that was a really interesting metaphor.

BUT IT WASN'T A FUCKING METAPHOR. THERE IS A PLUG IN THE ISLAND THAT KEEPS OUT HELL.

WHAT.

Writing complete fail on so many levels, it makes me angry that this game was praised for good writing. "You seen my dad, older, brown haired guy?" You mean, like, the 20 in megaton alone? "I fight the good fight with my voice kid, you better believe it!" "Intelligence: Ah, so you fight the good fight with your voice." "That's right kid you're just a chip off the old block aren't you." So my dad is functionally retarded, that would explain why he left me in a vault with a murderous megalomaniac without telling me he was leaving.

Just a note, if a kid in a vault suit walked into my hypothetical post-apocalyptic town, and asked me where to find his or her Dad, and an older gentleman in a vault suit had just recently come through town, it honestly wouldn't be hard to put two and two together.

Three Dog was being very vague from that point, and it's not like that choice required 10 Intellect.

Oh and yeah, even if he had known that the Vault Overseer was an insane sociopath, I think he'd still have to seriously think about leaving you to deal with him, or dealing with the plethora of brutal monsters in the radiation bathed wasteland outside the vault.

I for one am glad the God Emperor has been immortalized by another country. When our glorious God Emperor wakes from his sleep however, the citizens of this 'Ecuador' will be purge in fire for their Heresy in not choosing to do so sooner.

Eden: It's an Endless World

An Sci-Fi Action/Adventure Manga that also explores cultural identity, the growth of a boy into a man, and some allusions to current politics. It has gotten critical acclaim worldwide, not just in Japan.

Add a helping of incredible detailed artwork, awesome action scenes, and a little sex every now and then and you've got a pretty bitching Manga.

You'll notice I didn't say a word about the story? That was intentional, I'm not going to spoil anything if I can help it.

In a recent Nostalgia binge I played through Planescape: Torment, Dungeon Keeper 2, and Final Fantasy 7 again, this was good.

However, the gaming high brought on by these caused me to go out and buy Final Fantasy 13.

After investing nearly 30 hours into the game in the hopes it would eventually get better, my patience snapped and I admitted to myself that the game was just terrible in all regards.

I haven't actually done that, but it's something my players would do.  And the shades are just the plot devices that they chuck at you in Planescape (or whatever they were called).

Um, Planescape and Planescape: Torment are not interchangeable terms...  It's like how when you're referring to KotOR you wouldn't say "Star Wars is annoying because it's full of fake choices, like that time where you meet a that Sith receptionist and all options lead to immediate violence, even though you're heavily armed and all she has is a knife."

Because 'fake choices' never happen in all RPGs, even Pen and Paper RPGs.
