Looking around the game files I've noticed that the graphics are moddable (To what extent I'm not sure) and there are a bunch of settings that I have yet to play around with. There's one setting that's an AI that is incredibly good during the first ten or so levels but dies horribly after that.

I've been playing this new game called Inside a Star Filled Sky and it's pretty cool. It's an all-procedurally-generated top down shooter where you fly around and shoot stuff. You can pick up upgrades which come into play in the next level. The really clever part is that you play as the level before each time you play. What happens is the screen zooms out and displays a larger picture of the level, and then you play as the level, with all the upgrades you collected, doing the same thing. Should you get stuck then you can go inside yourself and collect some better upgrades before going back into the fray.

Here's my suggestion on how to handle technology:
There are several stages of tech level, let's say that they are the same as the ones in GURPS:

TL0 – Stone Age (Prehistory and
later). Counting; oral tradition.
TL1 – Bronze Age (3500 B.C.+).
Arithmetic; writing.
TL2 – Iron Age (1200 B.C.+).
Geometry; scrolls.
TL3 – Medieval (600 A.D.+). 
Algebra; books.
TL4 – Age of Sail (1450+). 
Calculus; movable type.
TL5 – Industrial Revolution (1730+).
Mechanical calculators; telegraph.
TL6 – Mechanized Age (1880+).
Electrical calculators; telephone and radio.
TL7 – Nuclear Age (1940+).
Mainframe computers; television.
TL8 – Digital Age (1980+). 
Personal computers; global networks.
TL9 – Microtech Age (2025+?).
Artificial intelligence; real-time virtuality.
TL10 – Robotic Age (2070+?).
Nanotechnology or other advances start to blur distinctions between technologies . . .
TL11 – Age of Exotic Matter.
TL12 – Whatever the GM likes!

When the game starts the players decide on a tech level that all civilizations will start on, in our case it looks like TL1. Upon each advance in age all civilizations increase their TL by 2. Players can also pay 15 points to advance a civilizations tech level whenever they want.

Having a higher tech level than another civilization gives a bonus equal to the difference between the tech levels to you.

Eg. Civ A is TL5 and Civ B is TL3. Civ A attacks one of Civ B's cities, they both roll and Civ A adds two to his roll because of the TL bonus.

Also, Anti, to destroy something entirely you have to pay the points cost equal to making it.

9 + 4 = 13

I spend 4 points creating a subrace of the dragon folk.

And the followers of Omegastick that fled into the wilderness separated from the rest of the survivors, they formed their own civilization and were transformed into new creatures, ready to face the trials ahead.

A: If you can't get to a club of some sort then you could always try something different that will make sure to attract a certain type of person to talk to you. For example, writing your email address or whatever on a bunch of paper aeroplanes and throwing them of a tall building would probably attract fun/curious people who want to know who would do such a thing.

Personally, I have no problems with making a fool of myself so I just walk up to someone in the street/shop/cinema and make conversation with them, before you know it you're at the cafe chilling out.

B: Once you've met someone then it's a simple case of getting them on Facebook or their phone number (I don't use a telephone at all unless I'm ordering Chinese food or it's an emergency, so I wouldn't know about phone numbers) and hanging out some time. Find something you have in common and do it together, or at least talk about it.

C: I'm not an expert with this, but I generally find that any sort of relationship that doesn't involve romance is a friendship with women, there is no 'acquaintance' stage or anything. Of course, this may just be that I find it easier to make friends with women than men, but whatever.

I think the point is that he doesn't have a body to point or shout with, at this point you're just a cosmic entity sort of thing that has influence over stuff. To acquire a body through which to perform physical actions you need an avatar.

I've had Pokemon since before I started remembering, my second memory ever is that bridge up to to the guy who owns the Pokemon box in Pokemon Yellow (or Blue, I can't remember which).
