 I've been plagued by various negative emotions today :(. I'm going to take advantage of the rainy weather and listen to the song of storms. That music always seems to make me feel better for some reason lol. Hope its takes my mind off of what jas been bothering me.

 I'm sorry, I guess the way you phrased the post just struck a nerve. Thanks for taking the time to go into detail about it.

 I gave into my feelings in that depression topic in life advice. I'm usually really good at distancing myself emotionally from subjects but I actually got really angry. I find my inability to control myself in this situation saddening. Bleh :(, at least I handled it well I guess.

 I may just being overly sensitive about this but I think this problem should be taken more seriously. Its not really something that is a "little thing" and it can't be solved with just "(Wo?)Maning up". I understand what your intention was but, assuming Audioworm is anything like me, it will just make it worse. Its not a good feeling to have a problem thats causing you significant distress considered insignificant and easy to defeat. My family tends to do this to me, and to put it bluntly, it makes me very, very angry. So I want to apologize if I'm being too harsh.

 Well, time to relax and get back to more pleasant things :D.

It's purple.

 This is embarrassing but I can't decipher the meaning behind your post. If it isn't to much trouble could you explain it to me briefly.

I'm guessing it has to do with purple prose.

 Ah, thanks. That was the first time I've ever came across that term (or maybe I just forgot about it, that happens sometimes :\.). Welp, the more you know.

 It sounds Interesting to me, I can't really find anything to complain about :). Hmm, if I had to complain though I would say that it may read better with the "My wife and brothers-in-arms.
My faithful queen and my  loyal knights" part cut out. The problem with that would be a loss in the understanding of the setting though. Unless the depictions on the cover of the book take care of that. Either way though I would probably take the time to look through the first few pages. I don't really think I'm qualified to give advice on this subject though. Hopefully I've helped anyways lol.

 @Overman

 I think it may be wise to at least try to be less offensive...

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Anyone happen to know what breed of cat this is?

She's some variety of tortoiseshell long-hair, and I'm pretty sure that pattern only occurs in females. Odds are she's a mutt, but she may be a Ragamuffin or Maine Coon mix. Of note, the tortiseshell fur pattern is said to bring good fortune and wealth to its house, so keep her around!

 Thanks :D, I've got to say I'm glad she is good luck, I need as much as I can get nowadays lol. She does look similar to a Maine Coon but slightly off, I'm probably just going to go with mutt for now. I've noticed she is a unusually nice cat, she pretty much refuses to use her claws when on people. Its kinda funny because this usually results in her slowly sliding of your lap lol. I haven't seen hardly any aggressive behavior from her either. The Siamese cats I've had as pets have always had no issues clawing people. I've had them run up my leg and onto my waist/back before lmao.

Ninjutsu, Savate/Kickboxing and Muay Thai/Thai Kickboxing.

 After I lose another 39 pounds and get some decent muscle going I may have to have you teach me a thing or two :D.

 Lmao, my cat just crawled under my bed and started sneezing. That just cracks me up. I guess I better remember to clean under there :D.

Haa, I shower with only cold water nowadays. Its good for your health.

 @MaximumZero

 Thats funny, I actually do feel better after a good fight lol. Its always confused me. I would say that I've watched Fight Club to many times but I've been like that since I was little kid.

Adrenaline will do wonders for your mood. No, seriously. That's why I brought it up. :P (No, I'm not seriously intending to fistfight.)

 I didn't realize Adrenaline could boost ones mood. I may have to go into martial arts some day just for the excuse to spar lol. Also, I'm glad you're not serious (though I already knew you were not serious lol), I'm still not fit enough to fight very well. My current fighting style looks like this anyways.

Not that I have to boast about this any more than I already do, but I am a teacher of martial arts. I actually got my beginnings at our local arboretum that you seem to like so much.

What kind? Karate, Taekwondo, judo, etc?

 I second this :D.

 Hmm, I'm not to sure what the best thing to do with the military would be. I've never given it much thought. Off the top of my head I would say... Decrease military spending by half, recycle 50% of our nuclear weapons (starting with the old of course), reduce army manpower by 50%, increase training and discipline in the army, cease spending money on outside entities, stop being the world police and cease support of the U.N., focus about 80% of saved money on bioweapon research/counter bioweapon programs and 20% on paying off our debt. People seem to fail to realize just how dangerous biological weapons are and how vulnerable we are to them atm. I think they will be a much greater threat than nuclear weapons in the future.

I played the first twelve minutes of the latest pokemon game. I want to throw up. I don't know, maybe I have some nostalgia thing becuase the first video game I'd ever played was the second gen pokemon games, but fuck, it's awful. It's just the graphics, really.

 Bleh, I still say there are only 151 pokemon.

We use some fancy tankless water heater that heats the water when its enroute to the shower.  Yeah we still get shots of cold water now and then, but at least we get some at all.

 I used to have to deal with one of those, if I didn't use just the right amount of hot and cold water it would go to cold for a minute or two. I can't even count how many showers that ruined. I'm glad its not a problem anymore.
