General Discussion / Re: Hypothetical question: Armageddon
« on: May 09, 2011, 07:14:08 am »
I currently don't believe in any higher power type stuff. If one did appear I would be suspicious and even if the entity turned out to be a nice guy I wouldn't worship it. I would try to find a way to stop the end of days I guess. If the entity in question was the cause or impeded my efforts I would be opposed to it. Heh, if and insect can kill a man whos to say a man can't kill a god?

I'm sad today because my neck was sun burned fairly bad, kinda feels leathery and swollen. Arms are burned to but not nearly as bad. Damn my pale skin... I feel a bit lethargic today also.

Also, on the subject of children. From what I've experienced, intelligence has more to do with the individual person than with age. I try not to treat them as lesser than me just because they are younger, I remember that really pissed me off when I was younger myself lol.

Hmm, can't remember what I watched when I was young. I think I may have spent a good deal of my time outside instead. I liked to look for fossils, rocks with crystal formations, and finding various fungi/moss/lichen to examine.

I read back a few pages just now.

Vector, Dunno what to say other then I wish you well. I'm not good with this sorta stuff but you sound like you could use the support. I loathe people like your ex-friend and ex-boyfriend...

I just bent my pinky toe upwards on a roughly 90 degree angle.

Happy I am not...

A guy asked me to get in his car.

I said "Sorry, I can't do that."

I then got kidnapped, tortured, and killed.

When I first seen this I thought it was about SOE screwing up another MMO lol. Thanks for the heads up on this, wouldn't have known otherwise.

...'Ding-dong! the witch is dead!'...

Funny you should mention that, it was actually my first thought when I heard the good news. Also you reminded me to look for it, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOpHnFJM7YE

Now need to find a bunch of midgets and dance to this~

I'm both curious and slightly terrified. What's the game?

Mabinogi, Its a free game, but you end up a bit restricted without paying for extra inventory. I enjoy it, and would probably go back to playing it but I'm afraid of my guild mates atm lol.

On topic, I'm happy my arm didn't break when I was forced to block a falling tree limb earlier. Think it bruised the bone though, need to work on dodging one of these days...

Also, on a funnier note, all the pacifists and lawful people in this thread have actually made me physically ill to my stomach.

I don't that war's good.

Sorry, I'm not trying to insult you or piss you off. It's just that I've been waiting SO long to use that picture.

I'm to happy to get pissed off at anything today lol. I feel like going from door to door asking everyone if they've heard the good news  :D .

He deserved much more suffering than he received, I can only hope his last few moments of life was nothing but fear and despair.

Also, on a funnier note, all the pacifists and lawful people in this thread have actually made me physically ill to my stomach. Huh, guess that puts my alignment somewhere SE of neutral  :P .

Just finished the Labyrinth, took about 3 hours with a team of 3 lvl 60-63s and a lvl 30 something. I got a fancy hat :D. Midnight Wedding I believe.

Team consisted of...

Scythe Evie (me): lvl 63

Staff Evie: lvl 60-63

Hammer Fiona: lvl 60-63

Lann (sword I think): somewhere around lvl 30

I found it very fun, they need to add more stuff like that to the game. This was actually my second run of it, first was a solo attempt. Failed on the 17th floor due to running out of spears on a spear challenge lol.

Also, the new Evie stuff is awesome. Shields are better, Mana Pistol tanks better than the golem (holds aggro better) and you can take nine of them, and Staff Evies can match Scythe Evies now in effectiveness. My only real complaint is that you can no longer throw Mercury traps, which is overshadowed by being able to bring a bunch of it, fit all your alchemy stuff in one slot, and free the secondary weapon spot for other stuff. I am a happy, happy Evie right now.

Yes I did, and I agree. Almost wish there was an option to introduce her to the back of my hand.
