Okay. I just logged out and logged back in, and then the guy started to talk, but the messages disappear before I can read them, and going to the comms screen won't let me see the whole message he said because the window isn't wide enough even when I resize it. Then I think somebody tried to message me and then the game quit itself.

So it doesn't even give you any kind of acknowledgement that the empire you just typed even exists? That's shit. I think it might be working now though...
EDIT: There's no options? The mouse sensitivity is ass.

If I click 'create empire' and then click the 'create race' button it won't actually create an empire right? I just want to see if I can fiddle with a race modifier or something.

If it can't run on 64 bit then I can't play..
