Johnny says in a panicked voice that he doesn't know, he only wanted to get out and the elevator got stuck, he tried the emergency exit and it was locked, then say that you heard someone climbing when you tried to look down some kind of shadow knocked him back to the door as it zipped downwards, the freakiest thing you saw in your life.

Hey, i didn't make them hate each other, it was someone else, not me.
Gizmundin saw the creatures of the other plane of existance, he was not pleased with their behaviour, it could have been curiosity or it could have been ill intent, he would not wait to find out.He created a bubble of space around the planet, so the planet was in another dimension but shielded by the first one from it's influences.
Gizmundin creates a bubble of real space around the planet to protect it from the creatures.
