And apparently I'm such a DF addict that I thought "toilet trap" was a cunning defense mechanism.

The problem, IIRC, is that wounds are not cumulative. You could fracture the right arm into single molecules, and still find new ways to break it, and the arm still would not register as "nonexistant," until you finally falcon-punched the darn thing off. All the cumulative fractures incurred don't really add up to anything more than a series of wounds.

I tried. I really did. But 2 crashes later, both of which ended in me doing a hard reboot, I'm letting Toady work out the bugs before I do too much in fortress mode. Adventure mode is awesome as magma, however.
