Ooohhh, well that makes a lot of sense  :-[.

Well, I'm off to add a thresher and do the raws. I don't like the executioner so I might change him as well, but who knows.

The base kobolds aren't mine (I think Beefmo did them but they didn't have the Beefmo thing he usually puts in the image)but I made all the edits and added a full army new hunter with a spear, weaver, new bowkobolds, alchemist, and I am still working on all the other jobs and graphics raw. Plus I changed the colour from brown to grey because kobolds are grey in my mind.

I made some changes, I think the original was by Beefmo but I am not certain.

Working on the graphics raw right now.

Let me know what you guys think.


(I have always pictured kobolds looking something like this http://images.elfwood.com/art/s/d/sdismukes/kobold_hero.jpg more the body type and not so much the head.)

I am going to dig for FUN in my current fortress and only download the new version when all my dwarves are no longer. I hope my military of ~150 dwarves isn't to strong.

I have added the [COMMON_DOMESTIC_PET][COMMON_DOMESTIC_PACK][COMMON_DOMESTIC_PULL][COMMON_DOMESTIC_MOUNT] tags to my entity file and [COMMON_DOMESTIC] and [PET] to the animals

Hello everyone. I have been trying to find out how to get my kobold camp mod let me choose animals from my embark screen. I have added the [COMMON_DOMESTIC_PET][COMMON_DOMESTIC_PACK][COMMON_DOMESTIC_PULL][COMMON_DOMESTIC_MOUNT] tags to my entity file and [COMMON_DOMESTIC] and [PET] to the animals I want to embark with but when I am in the embark screen no animals show up on the right.

Is there a tag that I am missing or one that may prohibit me from starting with animals? I am trying to start with naked mole dogs if that matters. Thanks for any help. :)

Would it be possible to add in tamed naked mole dogs as one of the items you can get when you start? I am new to DF and don't have much of a grasp on all the code stuff, but if you point me in the right direction I could probably figure it out.

Oh and a tip if you want to give a kobold a job he can't get. Download Dwarf Therapist and after you have it up and running check off the job you want the kobold to have and click the commit changes button in the top right. They will now have that job action.

Hello, I have not been playing this game for long (less than a week) but I already have a fairly good grasp on game mechanics. I was just wondering if the building type shown below would stand or collapse on itself and the rest of my fort on layers under it.

This is not to scale, it is four layers high but the middle part is fourty tiles long and seven tiles wide in between the two towers. It is going to be the front of four such towers but it is going to be the access to the courtyard between the 3 walls.


Thanks for any input and sorry if this has been asked or if this is the wrong place to post this questuion.
