For what it's worth Nenjin, I can kinda relate, if that helps at all. I hope so.

My WTF is that I can't find all the old notes and documents from classes I took and I carefully held on to.
I know I had it, and am losing my mind, but lost my mind long ago.

Life Advice / Help finding an old 2012 document (please, if you can)
« on: January 17, 2020, 05:37:47 pm »
Hi everyone,

I am not smart and a lot of people here are. I have looked everywhere for this one document and I just cannot find it. I hate to bother any of you here, and I feel like I kind of suck at life sometimes for being an imposition. Also, I realize there are some medical type people on here who might understand CPT codes/medical coding.

The document I am looking for is:

AMA CPT Assistant July 2012
(American Medical Association Current Procedural Terminology)

Spine and Spinal Cord Code Changes, 7, 201, Jul, 3.

Basically, this is a document clarifying medical coding for a doctor who would perform an operation on someone's spine, and how to code for it. If it helps I think the text I need is on page 3. I lost my copy, and I just do not have access to this.  If there are any other coders here, I am basically thinking 63056 is an open procedure and can't be done with an endoscope under that code.

I realize this is a long shot, and apologize for being an imposition in advance. If anyone could be so kind and fortunate as to have a copy/find it, then could you please direct me to it?

Thank you very much for your time in any event.

So yeah, not a fan of hit and runs.
Some jerk in a silver truck rear ended me at a stop sign.
He backed into a driveway, turned around and ran.
I just knew I couldn't catch him or see his plate.
I drove to the police station and filed a report.
I had everything in order with insurance etc.
Officer put down no damage. I told him there was....
A big peice of steel behind the plastic bumper fell off when I went to my mechanic....

Now, I have a police report saying 0 damage.... Insurance will love that.

I do NOT know cars but when I get hit stuff gets cracked and steel falls off, there is damage.

Yaaay, recognition from God!

Focus on building more combat skill with my 10 existing fighters and also free lessons on self defense to the people. If they want.

We're building up the church of Wren complete with order of Paladins I command.
or yeah.

I am unsure about the exact best way to do unit combat and stuff. Sure the stuff you said sounds good. I'm all about being the paladin, and starting a religious martial order sounds just about right. Honestly fighting in formation doesn't sound like a bad thing with shield walls and stuff sometimes if it will work. We are also the good guys TM. More paladins. Hey, you think we should teach them to heal too like just go for the full order of paladins? I don't even know that we could or that it would be something we could do right away, but maybe. I don't know exactly cause I am rushing around after work but sounds good.

Every indoor only cat we ever owned was declawed. Rarely if ever had problems. This is news to me.

Also they would still try clawong at the furniture even though they were declawed. Obviously, to no effect.

So do people now take cats to the vets for claw trimming?

Declawing cats is frowned upon and illegal in some places?

It has been a while since I got a new cat, but still.
They say it should be avoided as cruel.
How do you avoid strangling the furniture mauling cat?

The mobile ecosystem is a motley assortment of corporations all hawking walled gardens that are mutually exclusive to each other (for the most part), and which all try to turn the user into a commodity to be bought and sold to advertisers or marketers-- Plastered over the top of a "user experience" program tailored to give the end user just enough of what they are actually trying to get done that they are placated, and accept the above bullshit.

That is to say, it is a vehicle by which to sell the afore mentioned customer exploitation as a service.

This is in stark contrast to the open internet, which was open and free to access (no walled gardens, all ISPs took you to the same internet) from its inception. (but which has been getting more and more locked in as time has passed.)

I personally despise that shit, which is why I avoid the "USE OUR AMAZING APP!" and "INTEGRATE WITH FACEBOOK!" and "OUR NEW EXCLUSIVE STREAMING SERVICE!" that everyone and their fucking dog wants to push all the damn time.   Sadly, My own purchasing/user habits are not sufficient to prevent the avalanche tide of the market's movements in this direction; The mass-complacency of the public at large concerning these antics from corporations and ISPs is allowing those big players to dictate the play-field, and it is quickly becoming a landscape where an informed user just becomes one that is informed about how they *WILL* be screwed, rather than one where said user can avoid getting screwed, simply from lack of such options.

I knew I liked you.

To review:

Girl violates social norms by saying bald men can be hot.
Girl's motives are to make bald man / men fell better.

Internet mocks girl for sticking to social norms.

But muh social norms! :P

I think bald men can be hot.

Take a look at Jason Statham. Also less my type but Vin Diesil. Nothing wrong at all with the last one, but I just think the former is cuter.

I am not much of a medical anything, (low level and taking orders a lot) but if you are interesting, neat, and cute there are girls who will go for that. My one boyfriend was all weirded out by it and I didn't care, except I asked him to shave it all off. I could tell he was still not happy about it and I tried to support him, but meh. He just did not get over it no matter how much I told him I loved it and him.

So I know men get all upset by this and I sort of get why, kinda, but don't think nobody'll go out with you. I would totally date Jason Statham if I could get him to ask me. I hope this helps a bit for the ole self esteem. :).
I mean in this theoretical situation where dating this man is plausible, you could just *gasp* ask him

Internet fails again; girl never stood a chance. Confirmed.
Sorry cute bald men. Other interneter fails keep you lonely.
You were right all along. It is society's fault.

A girl is no one.

Hang in there RPL.

Tried to be nice to new lady at work....

O jesus.... 2nd day on her job and she is rocking boats. Don't tell me your last job had backstabbing, a list of compliants etc the first time I meet you, even if true.
First impressions..... Just wow. Zero tact.

Also asking what I do and preemptively saying you could do it, and you need more money..... Wow. 2nd day on the job and joking about bringing a flask to work.... at 9 am.... I was trying so hard not to not like her and be nice. Damn. I know I am shy and reserved but wow lady.

O wow, consider me turned away. I mean that's what I get for introducing you to the good coffee shop.... Stay at desk and work instead of being all talky. Lession learned.

Roll To Dodge / Re: Survive (11/10, 4 Days Remain, Spirit Mage at +4.5)

(OOC: I don't know. I'm just playing a paladin who can fight and heal. Sounds like the mages are already turning on each other. Didn't air mage tell the cat (Dustin) to kill a mummy? I'm not even sure who my god is in this game. We've got the Great Dragon, who seems pretty OK, I guess. Then there's the lady who wants to turn this into an episode of the walking dead, and no thanks. That just sounds cliche. The other mages are all also weirdly trying to destroy the world. I'm not seeing a whole lot of good alignment here, except Wren. At least he's feeding people and taught me healing magic and sparred for combat. Plus we did fun stuff together and won. I might as well Worship the Great Dragon and Wren too now that he's a god).

Worship Wren (Most, he is right here) and the Great Dragon (A bit).
Defend Village, cause I'm a paladin.
Practice Combat, teaching any villagers who want to learn, very gently not to hurt anybody.

Honestly, I'm a little scared with the whole sky and undead situation. Only thing I've seen really work is the whole worship thing and fighting with lots of people, so might as well work on that. I don't know how to fix the sky stuff. I'm just a paladin. You need a mage or something. How are we dealing with that anyhow?

I forget. Is dragoncrown village the only humans in this game? I'm sorry. I came later than some people.

Tea is nice, and so is coffee.

Personally, I am partial to really good hot chocolate.  Nobody seems to know how to make it right besides for me though. (sad)  All that swill on the market, daring to suggest you can make it with.... Hot water... UGH.

No no.. You need fine dark semisweet chocolate, scalded milk, whipped cream, and vanilla extract. (the real thing. None of that fake vanillin shit.)  Pure ambrosia in a cup.  All my residents rave about my fabulous hot chocolate. :P

I knew I liked you. Also you and that other person helped with hipaa, huh? Thank you.
