Parents are going bugfuck nuts about this. Stepdad is planning to "lockdown" the entire house and demanding I wash my hands more - I do wash my hands regularly thank you very much. My mom made me do my weekend shopping today, and demanded I wear gloves while I do so. She also thinks this pandemic will "wipe out everybody" and that it's a chemical attack and wants to know who made it and who released it.

On the other hand, my job might be shutting down completely due to the lack of people willing to come in, while the company really wants to keep us open. That said, it's probable that store can operate for a few days or weeks without the department I work in. I'll know more tomorrow.

For the rest of the week, my job is sending us home at 2 instead of 4:30. Because obviously, you can only be infected after 2PM.

Also, when I asked the production manager why we were still working at 2:20, he replied with "Oh, I thought everyone understood that today was the exception." Despite the fact the I was the first person he told about leaving at 2 today as well as the rest of the week.

If I remember correctly, random crates was a game option in Red Alert at least. (most of them exploded)

But yeah, I'd put money on most units being locked behind lootboxes. Rather, I would, except that's the point of lootboxes, isn't it? Oh, and there's only two maps at launch with the other 5 being $30(each) DLC.

Got a perfect score with a food critic... by giving them day-old tomato soup that had been sitting out all night in an open pot. I simply re-heated it on the stove. It also had a slight penalty to taste because it wasn't quite the perfect mix.

EDIT: After a long campaign of killing off each "villain" one by one, I finally confronted the final opponent: the High Priest of Adroxie. The Keeper personally led the battles against each enemy, up until I kicked over an altar and was permanently blinded. Kept in the confines of his poetry workshop after that, leaving him with naught to do but write weapons-grade obscene limericks. Three of the four "main villains", the ones you have to kill to win(HP of Adroxie was fourth) attacked me directly; two were dragons, one was an elementalist named Martja that I managed to capture but died under torture afterwards.

With the Keeper out of combat duty - and probably for the best at that - I sent some 30-odd minions to the site of where the dungeon that the High Priest of Adroxie was holed up was. Lost a few good minions on the surface, as the fiend had set up several elf villages surrounding the entrance, and they have snipers. Slaughtered all the elves and breached the dungeon. The first couple of floors had little of note, the worst threats being two cyclopes.

The final floor, was a narrow bridge over magma leading to an altar to Adroxie. Surrounding the altar was the High Priest, several (I assume for sacrificing) children, a few fire elementals, and a group of creatures called Abominations. This was a brutal fight. Of all the minions I sent in, only two survived: an Orc Healer and a human priest I captured and converted before. Even so, the High Priest had been killed, and the last Abomination was brought down by the priest casting "Directional Blast" which somehow killed it.

One of the most bullshit things I've ever seen, according to the kill-cam. A round ricochets off my hull, scrapes a tiny part of the engine cover at an upward angle, and somehow explodes into a massive pile shrapnel. Almost all the fragments dive straight down into my engine, except one little piece that propelled itself through the entire tank to hit every single ammo box in the turret.

New microwave means easier food cooking. I myself don't use it very often, though.

In his mind at least, not getting it now may mean not getting for a while before everyone gets locked down by quarantine or illness. Out of everyone in my family, he's the one panicking most about it.

Microwave oven died. I turn it on and all hear is a clicking sound for a few seconds. Granted, it was fairly beat up, so it's surprising it lasted this long. On the other hand, my stepdad, due to his paranoia about the coronavirus, seems to think that getting a replacement microwave is a fairly immediate priority and wants to get one before the virus gets any closer to home.

Turn ~200 now. Might have screwed myself a bit. Put about 75% of my income for the first 100 turns into research(how I got AI so early), but now that actual fighting has started, it's left me pretty dry on funds for warships. I've also been really neglectful at expanding.

The one Hiver empire I've been fighting is bipolar, offering ceasefire one turn and declaring war again the next. Since she isn't actually attacking and is probably getting beaten back on other fronts, I'm backing off. There's another Hiver queen who merely signed a ceasefire with me and I haven't heard from her since. I would think she was wiped out, but the rankings put me in last place and her in second-to-last, so if I'm doing worse than someone who is already dead then that's an impressive display of failure on my part. The other neighbors are three human empires all friendly with me and each other. And lastly, what has shifted my fleets from the Hiver front: the Zuul. Specifically, the Catholic Zuul, which I thought didn't appear until the sequel. Actually, their leader pic has the cross upside-down on his pope hat, so it's the Antichrist Zuul.

Management went around today to get updated on everyone's phone numbers and email addresses, in case they need to tell us we're going to shut down due to the virus or "other disaster". I wouldn't be particularly surprised if we temporarily closed simply due to lack of business; today the store was pretty empty.

Oh good, I did get AI Slaves tech, but I haven't researched it yet. Nor have I built any ships with AI controls.

I did run into the Hivers, though. They showed up at a border colony(actually a planet that was pre-inhabited that joined immediately) and killed everyone. Given the Human/Hiver backstory, I'm gonna go kill me some bugs. My first counter-attack, 5 cruisers against their force of several destroyers and the gate, went horribly. First, only two cruisers jumped in because I don't have cruiser CnC yet, and for some reason they were toggled to hold fire. Once I sorted that out, they failed to destroy the gate or deal any damage to anything.

Gonna build some Blazer hulls with Battle Bridges. If missiles and bullets didn't work, let's see what walls of big piss-off lasers will do.

Cardcaptor SAkura?
Sakura "Hey, you wanna see my collection of softcore lesbian monstergirls?" game.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I ever looked at the Cardcaptor franchise, but weren't most of the Clow Cards monstergirls?

...Y'all made me start a new game of this. About 60 turns in, and I've already researched AI. Not sure if that was a good idea or not, since I've never had an AI rebellion and I don't know if it's supposed to kick off immediately or if it happens somewhere down the line.

First confirmed case in Suffolk County, the half of Long Island where I live. One school district has decided to shut down(actually doing so after students began to arrive for the day), and Hofstra University closed for a week after someone showed "flu-like" symptoms. There are 17 more cases in Nassau County(the other half of Long Island).

Are there any B12er's with the virus already, or am I going to be the first?

From a recent trip into the swamp, I was able to tame a beezlebufos - a large frog that inflicts torpor damage(like a tranquilizer shot) and eats bugs and turns them into cementing paste - and a breeding pair of dilophosauruses. Upon returning I found a diplocaulus, which massively extends your time underwater while riding it, and tamed it as well.

The bad part is, I now have the Titanosaur camped literally a few dozen meters from my house, apparently stuck on a cliff.

EDIT: Bulldozed and reconstructed the absolute hot mess of garbage that was the main rail junction. Still looks like a hot mess of garbage, but should still avoid the previous rail junction's problem of occasionally having trains lock up because they've somehow ended up on the same track heading towards each other. ...That was kinda bad.

It also only cost about 200,000₽ to instant-build, not much at all. That's about the same amount of income from 4 loads of cargo that wasn't interrupted by the construction project.
