History:
Founded in the early 80s, the B.W.O began as personality cult, working out of *CLASSIFIED*, peddling drugs and guns under the Cultish leadership of a man known as "Dwarmin", who managed to craft a bizarre version of new age occultism and old testament religion into a martial discipline that advocated the dismantling of order on a wide scale. Though the group was abolished from the inside out, Dwarmin escaped pursuit. He spent the next 2 decades reforming the group out of the country, as well as doing building his base of power.
Recent Activities:
It is believed that this megalomaniac has finally returned to his country of origin to exact his master stroke...he has gathered men and supplies in sufficient number that a overthrow of the government is a serious possibility, especially with the reports of several other terrorist forces gathering in the city, waiting to feed off the growing resentment here.
Intel:
Dwarmin is highly charismatic and deceptive, and has a deep understanding of media tactics. His troops are blind fanatics, culled from all strata of society. We have a few listed here for reference...
Order of the Stoic-The newest recruits are inducted into the order of the stoics, and used to guard important objectives.
Order of the Esoteric-The more fanatical recruits belong to the Esoteric order, a vague term for a mystic, they believe they are granted powers straight from the hand of Dwarmin himself.
The Paladins-A fitting mockery, the Paladins are the elite sharpshooters of the B.W.O. They are often hiding among the zealous masses, directing their zeal and using well placed shots to eliminate M.V.P's
The Pastors-The highest in the ranks, the Pastors act as field commanders and preachers, administrating last rites and executions with equal fervor. They usually man heavy machine guns of fairly modern desgin...the ritual firing of these weapons is called "The Gospel"
