Urgh, it crashed so early on. 
I was the smart human guys, in a normal galaxy with a [too] good starting system (four continental planets, rest were barren, volcanic, or ice), found two out-of-system independent colonies of my race.
And... nothing really got far before it crashed...
I'll go at it again! Hopefully it wont crash!

As I see it, there are a few ways to get infected.
1; Visiting websites that get past browser safety procedures.
2; Knowingly or unknowingly downloading with or without files you wanted, these are the most common of all infections.
3; Directly hacked by a hacker, this can do extreme amounts of damage if not stopped, because a hacker is more effective than a script.
4; Getting it from a USB flash drive, yes, its possible, if you don't be careful.

Its a great tool, real human beings rate the sites, it can be corrupted sometimes, yes, but 99.99% of the time its correct! just look at the millions of sites they rate! Mcafee is worse because its rated by Mcafee mostly, having both works too, might even be a good idea to have both.
so everyone needs to try it.

Argh, I feel like Jack from 24, except the clock is haywire.

Its better if you post in new posts because the first page is so filled up I needed to use search.
The main lessons:
1; Everyone needs to start researching gauss, really.
2; Fast frigates with strong ECM needs testing, the high speed combined with the ECM should make the ships really hard to hit!
3; Shields might prevent ships from taking any damage if you are lucky enough!
So, Gauss, Shields, some fast ships and moar ECM.
Really, fast ships and slow ships could really give you a nice advantage, the slow ships take all the damage and destroy the main enemy fleet, and the fast ships take out the key ships and evade most damage directed at them.

There is a word called 'overload', as in, the economy screen will be filled so much that you can't find anything in there, and it takes ages for little gain.

Granted, that post is posted on TV screens all over the world, the government captures you and tries to get details about 'your' team, trying to kill me, as you don't know anything, you get put into jail until the mystery is solved, it never is.
I wish, when I die, the government uses my brain as an AI, just because it seems like it would be very fun.
