Curses / Re: Clubs only

Clubs are less than useful. LCS seems to be more focused on slashing/shooting/puncturing attacks. High-skill swords are insane, as we already know. High-skill guns are insane, as we already know. Once, a Lab Tech punctured my Founder's heart with a syringe. Even hand-to-hand works in an absurdly effective manner. But clubs bring an issue. From what I can tell, the only bones tracked in Liberal Anatomy are the sections of the upper spine. Thus, "Liberal X is hit with Attack Y! Liberal X's neck is broken! Weapon Z slips from Liberal X's hands!".

The best blunt weapons can do right now is cause enough pain so that the Liberals can wail on a target until they die of blood loss. If a full Liberal Skeleton or even a partial one were included in the next release, then blunt weapons could become an equal threat to Conservatives as any other weapon.

I read somewhere it still took them 60 something days to get that beast to Constantinople on what should have been a far shorter trip.

Yeah, but can you imagine what the enemy thought when they saw that? Most of the world hadn't began using gunpowder weapons at all during this time period, and then the Ottoman Empire rolled up to their doorstep with that. Most of the defenders wouldn't even know what that thing was, much less why it could fire things at such speed. They had smaller cannons as well. They didn't stand a chance.

Did they roll it down a hill at them, or what?

It's taken apart in the picture, but in its prime that was a gigantic fucking cannon. Its ammunition was 63cm in diameter.

But that would mean....holy shit....

We derailed this thread so hard that we swung around the Earth and ended up on the rails!

There was also that one episode where he had his heart beat so fast that the EKG thought he flatlined.

Note that this trick allowed him to fool and escape Justice Lord Batman, who had previously devised a way to capture the entire Justice League. The best part? Justice Leauge Batman admited that he had no plan for escaping. Flash not only tricked Batman, he tricked a Batman smarter then the Batman of his universe.

Struck by a digging machine? Didn't they see the gas line signs?

And if we're going to war with Earth, then I suggest we listen to the greatest authority on Earth destruction.

Oh, wait, the Earth is already destroyed. Well, we'll just have to destroy it again!

Yet, the prey is too easy. It is like beating a seal to death with a group of friends after it walked up and tried to nuzzle your leg.

It's good to know we're good people and not total, complete, irredemible, maniacs.

I would want the power to control quantum probability. It's like all superpowers in one! Except maybe superspeed, since you couldn't accelerate your thought process with that power...

Quantum probablility control is kind of cheating. You could do almost anything if you were good at it. Or nothing, if the universe got pissed at you observing its quantum level.

You know, this whole thing reminds me of the comic Unforgivible. I've never read it myself, but the plot synopsis says that an expy of Superman, The Plutonian, leaves the Earth for 10 miniutes to get away from the constant heroing and cries for help. In this time, an alien object he left with a scientist activates and kills all the children in a city. From this event, and other implied ones. he loses it and becomes a supervillain. The resulting destruction is worldwide.

And I would want control over all energy. My arch-enemy would be Matter-Man.

Damn, killed at Day One, Hour Twenty-Three. I was locked up in a supermarket where, from what I can tell by the dead bodies and empty guns, there was a massacre. I had already blocked the three entrances, and only one zombie remained inside. She just managed to kill me in meele combat. I should have used that shotgun...

Yeah normally when I see that sort of stuff I save the game and THEN try to kill them without my uber shotgun. If I fail, reload and kill.

I am no save scummer, good sir! I will fight and die on my own terms!

Well, that last run was strange indeed. I started off in an area that had a few residental buildings, a park, and a metric fuckton of CHAR buildings. Yet, there was no one affiliated with CHAR in the area. The buildings had civilians inside raiding them for CHAR Armor, Shotguns, and Medkits. And then I was eaten alive after my shotguns ran out of ammo.

Never give out the Dr. prefix then?  Just leave it blank?
The less info you give to begin with... the less likely you are to get into that situation?

If you don't fill out your forms, then as far as the FAA is concerned you are a TERRORIST and will be forced into a body cavity search, followed by not letting you on the plane at all.
