Speaking of Green Sun, how did Davepetasprite^2 get to it so quickly, and for what reason? It's probably going to be relevant, as well.
Woke up this guy?

Hm, what if there was some kind of character select screen with 6 separate, smaller flashes? That actually seems kind of likely.

...So I guess Jane just disappeared between updates, then.

Well, it would have to move in a slightly more complicated way for the one on top to be the left half, and that would be an unnecessary complication in the message. And of course, this comic always tries to avoid unnecessary complications.

We last saw him physically on 11/02/14, after John beat him up for making weird homoerotic versions of his friends that were too shitty.
I mean Lord English specifically, not Caliborn. I really think this is the first time he's shown up since that flash in 2012... which is actually a good thing, I guess. I had a really genuine "OH SHIT" reaction when he showed up in this update, because the comic spends so much time talking about him but not showing him.

2Caliborn3+Arquiusprite4+half of gamzee
The .5 Gamzee thing still confuses me. Let's see here. Looks like Gamzee's right half (Do:) is what ended up in Cal. So does that mean LE is made of Do: Gamzee + Caliborn? If not, I don't even know where the Gamzee part comes in.

Is this seriously the first time we've seen the primary antagonist of this story since 2012, or am I missing something?

All good suggestions. Obviously the data doesn't all have to utilize RDB features specifically, but I am doing it partially to learn those features, so it helps.

So, I'm trying to get more practice maintaining SQL databases by making a database of personal info for myself. So far I have a few useful things, like people's birthdays and the dates I bought certain things. Anyone have any other ideas for things I could keep track of with a relational database?

Yeah, I remembered pip right after I posted that. Can't seem to find a repository for that win32gui module, though.

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pypiwin32

...And it had a slightly different name than what I searched for. Thanks!

Couldn't you use pip with a requirements file?

Mind sharing it when it's done? I know I'd like it.
Source is right here. The code is still a bit rough, and you'll need to get this and this installed... and use Python 2.x

I wish installing dependencies was easier on windows.

So I was looking for a desktop program that could alert me when certain twitch.tv channels started streaming, and every one I could find was also bloated with a billion other unrelated features, like an actual stream viewer. I don't want any of that, so I decided to make my own in Python. It actually only took me a few hours to find a twitch api binding for Python, wrangle the win32gui module into making a little system tray icon that would make popup notifications, and tell it to query channels and display their ticker info.

That was a surprisingly pleasant experience, I was expecting days of frustration. Thanks Python. :P

Rest assured, this thing is far from dead.

Oh hey guys, I'm back. Just had to complete a bachelor's degree in computer science before I had the technical know-how to write turn 127. Just finished, did I miss anything?

Yep, looks like it was acids. Thank you!
