orbital support is ineffective as of now and there's a couple bugs with supply points on top.

I know some programming, though not in C#.
So I am not sure if C# requires mixing string and numerical variables or if it is a mistake of the programmer. What I do know is, that it should not pull the system decimal sign, but insert whichever it needs by itself. That way, this error could not occur in variables not filled by the player (about which the player would be warned when filling them).

And yes, I am using win 10. In czech region, so system decimal sign is indeed comma. I can change the whole region, which I did. But I suspect it will not fix the already corrupt variable.

So my question stands. Is it likely that deleting the population of Venus will clear the variable?

100% programmer is using text fields for numbers and using a in-house conversion function; number input hasn't been a problem since idk, windows 1.11? I definitely remember 3.1 having number inputs with regional support

Total Annihilation is on sale for a few more days on Steam at 60% off, making it sub $5 for most.  Classic RTS with plenty of mods and units out there.

there's zero-k on steam and it's free, it moves from a reimplementation of the total annihilation engine and tries to be it's own thing, something does better, something does worse, but has still a decent online community, a campaign, multiplayer coop that's not just skirmish and fair ai

also reliability, compare the -6 architecture here: https://imgur.com/a/Cc9N6Ui

(inline has issue with air distribution, a performance airbox mostly fixes it at cost of reliability, here it's doubly constrained by single turbo, all others get a twin turbo)

trailer: "wishlist now"

goddamn I hate that. fishing for interest with a cheap ass trailer showing zero interactive gameplay always smells, especially when bringing guardsman in a game that's mostly melee

don't disregard mechanical, it's better than efi in most cases, simpler to engineer and still give injection familiarity for the jump to multipoint when you get the high flow three way converters

I think all factories we buy in future need to be on huge lots, irregardless of what size we build them at the begin with.

That said, with build time, lets start building a huge car factory now and when its, say, a year from completion look into designing a car for it. We can replace the Baron in the meanwhile.

Oop, Sensei ninja. Good thing it doesent look like I need to comment on anything?

yeah, a warning however: you can't retool a factory without a facelift and you can't select a factory that's construction within a car project and you can't edit a project under engineering and add a car to it, both car and factory need to be free from strings at the moment tooling begins

162
it's not a bad idea if you have the money to start getting the plot before they're too expensive and prebuild a huge factory on it, since it takes ungodly amount of time to build on top of the retooling, so you can't just build it contextually to a car project, the car would get out severely outdated.

however factory built outside of projects cannot be financed, your going to need to soak a four billion hit straight to your valutation

iirc building a huge fact is 70 months and retooling about 15 months - organising stock and downtime becomes more and more important if you reuse engines across models.

Would it be possible for you to release your cars for testing in Beam?  I'd like to try out the marketable Deloreans

sure! they're only detailed on front right tho because I'm a cheap ass like that.

here's the campaign save https://we.tl/t-jOqlCfFdo1 so you can export the car directly

here's the beamng car pack, for each there's the initial and final model, but it's 56M  https://we.tl/t-vDsKkw9oCA

fair warning they are all oversteery because sportiness, not entirely undriveable but still.

mmm yes, I am jealous of my neighbor's brand new model 2 - trim 2 replacement replacement replacement replacement replacement

and it's powerful Variant 1 Replacement Replacement Copy Replacement Replacement Replacement Replacement Replacement engine

("copy" comes from when I engineered a turbo version on the side of the normal one, without putting it in production)

I know, it's madness, but challenges where you have to restart often are tedious enough even without having to come up with hundreds names

at least this time I took the effort to detail the cars!

got to the end of it https://imgur.com/a/RICmXAW (Car pictures inside this time around)

most of the issue came from the space frame chassis sportiness penalty, most of the solution was just to pump up power into space with turbos.

and yes I used the single initial pushrod engine design all the way into 2005 until I finally had some cash at hand to get a proper engine out; in that universe you could have had a delorean running at nascar.
