How do you become a 'Husk'?
you become a 'husk' by finding an evil biome with the right type of mist/cloud.
you can also become a 'thrall' in the same way.
does somebody remember the differences between 'husks' and 'thralls'?

i have modded the "fireball" and "jet of fire" spells found here changing this: [CDI:BP_REQUIRED:BY_CATEGORY:HAND] into this: [CDI:BP_REQUIRED:BY_CATEGORY:MOUTH] but they stopped working.
can somebody explain me why?

i have some questions:
1) can weapon use magic(i need to create a flamethrower)?
2) can people learn magic linked to a skill(higher the skill bigger the damage)?
3) can people learn magic in fortress mode without creating a caste and transforming people in that caste?
4) dropping a boiling rock instead of the body is the only way to make things "explode" on death?

Okay, see, this is what I'd like to do:
  • Make sponges happy with living on land
  • Make them zombiefiable
  • Make them easily tamable
  • Provide some way for them to enclose dwarves within themselves, like bioarmor.
  • Give them WINGS (or legs, wings just sounds cooler)
  • Mod it in so that dwarves can ride them
  • Better than a mech.
... you want to give to the mighty, furious and terrible giant sponge the capacity to  move, fly and encase the poor dwarves?
why did you hate so much dwarfdom?!?!?!
are you possessed by the spirit of a carp or what?

if a simple sponge does that i don't want to think what a spogeman can do...

i will become a necromancer and create an army of undead organs.
after the inevitable conquest of the world i will retire in a nice place and create a fortress close to that place.
