Im sick of being somthing stronger than a megabeast so what do i edit?Oh and more importantly what do i edit it to?

What im trying to do:
Make armor block MUCH less
Make shields block less
Make attacks be dodged much less
Make those meant to be tough things attacks be blocked MUCH less
etc etc
