A note on how all the various Row settings work:

0. If you run out of ammo your preferred range is set to 0. As we will see later this doesn't mean you run headfirst into melee.
1. Last row means you will either (a) go to your preferred range or (b) if that is in front of someone in the Front or Leader row go to 1 foot behind them.
2. Front row means you will either (a) go to your preferred range or (b) if that is in front of someone in the Leader row go to abreast with them (distance of 0 ft)
3. Leader row means you will got to your preferred range. No row is the same (but you don't influence people in the Front row)

Note: that means that if all adventurers in the the front/leader rows die, your Last row adventurer might go into melee. But not before.

Q: What if I want my adventurer to go into melee after they've run out of ammo?
A: Set their row to literally anything other than Last.

A full-kitted adventurer against a single rat...?  Not complaining, but this seems like a remarkably easy way for all players to double their money.  I'm not sure what method you're using to determine the odds, but if the rate of return on these bets is above what you intend for regular adventuring then perhaps you should consider more modest returns on bets.

That's not how that works. You pay the money, and get a (virtual) betting slip. If you win, you turn it in and get whatever the payout is. Either way, you do not get to keep your original bet.

BTW, you don't have to bet in 1 florin Increments, betting a few pfennigs on the rat, or 5 groshen on flawless is also acceptable

Based on my IRL experience there isn't much for town to do on D1, except identify who the top detective in the group is, and make sure they are not lynched. This clearly carries over to forum mafia, since you've been projecting this like crazy, and it's not to impress PotOS. Interestingly (well not that interestingly, since I already said your play should not depend on whether you're scum or town) this is also the goal of scum- they'll want to kill off the top detective at night. Unless he's one of them (then they're lynched D2.)
There is a third level play here, which is to try and kill the mafia top detective in a game with a doctor and give them a bulletprooof alibi for the rest of the game.

I will take this as a compliment. I know we're all trying to project "town", but if people can tell when you're town, they can tell when you're scum and (in my book) you're playing sub-optimally.

If we're going to be using Discord anyway, Dicecord can manage and draw from decks (it can only manage one deck per channel though, so you would need a dedicated channel for each deck. But since you don't want the opponent knowing what you drew that's probably a good idea anyway)

This is a reasonable concept, although it is de facto a 20/20 Critter for 0 which can spawn up to 5 friends even after it dies. I'd probably up the cost to 1 and reduce the Rebellion Threshold to 3. Or reduce the Sepoy to 10/10.

NAME: Factory

EFFECT:
Choose a critter, that critter may not attack, defend or use abilities until the start of your next turn. lose 1 tea and gain 1 rad. You may use this ability multiple times per trun, provided you choose a new critter each time.
This would work with a cost of 0. While in theory it could get crazy, that would require you to have set up a lot of Tea and Critters, in which case you've earned your Rad bounty.

I'd wouldn't call it 'discard', but 'destroy'. Discarding is from the hand.
This is a weird card. Very swingy, which makes it hard to balance. Some games it will do jack shit, other games it will go off as soon as you pass it over. I'd prefer it to just say "At the beginning of your turn, take 10 damage".
