Half-dragon!

Hey, that's a stereotype :P

Also, if this character manages to get past the first couple levels, it will be of a pretty good power. The Draconic Breath feat is pretty cool, give up a spell for 2d6 damage per spell level, in a 30 ft cone. As well as my normal breath weapon, which currently deals 3d8 damage in a 30ft cone. I hope you are cold resistant :D

Sadly, my breath weapon can only be used once per day, but after I have 6 HD, I can pick up Dragon Breath, which will remove that limitation, and let me use it every 1d4 rounds (I can get a few metabreath feats too if I wanted, and make it even more powerful). Also, after I get the final draconic racial class level, my breath weapon gets bumped up to 6d8 damage. Also, when I get that final level, I will get the dragon type, and be immune to magical sleep and paralysis, and my racial hit die will increase, along with my racial skills, but as a human, I don't get those. I'm still immune to sleep and paralysis though.

Also, I have 3 eternal wands (Cure Light Wounds, Mage Armor, and Shield), they are usable twice a day, but last forever. They're from the Eberron campaign setting. They cost 820 for a 1st level spell (1st level CL), and 460 for a 0th level (1st level CL). The only reason I have these is because the magic items available at this level are rather pathetic in comparison to these wands.

I'm just going to stop talking about my character and put this here: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=233681

I picked up two flaws, if you don't like the balance of them, I can choose different flaws, or remove them, but I only have 8 HP without them, and without a way to deal any decent damage. Yes, I do have four natural weapons, though if I do a full attack I only use one claw, because one of them is holding my morningstar. I also have 5 feats at effectively first level. One from normal starting, one from being human, one from the Dragonblood Sorcerer racial substitute class (this means I don't have a familiar), and two from flaws.

YAY PEER PRESSURE
I thought peer pressure favored the thing with more votes.
Maybe he's just trying to be non-conformist?

I don't know who either of these are :P

I guess a coin flip will work.

Okay then, random.org says that my vote is for reallyjoel's dad, whoever that is.

Evil genius is a good inspired by DK game.
I found it pretty funny.
Hopefully dk3 is as good as the other two.

If we took out the bugs and altered the world map a little bit that game would be perfect. (It did have awsome music)
And made it longer, Evil Genius was FAR too short. There were also some elements of the game that were just terrible.

Before I forget, what is your stance on flaws? I'm kind of lacking in the feats section, since I devoted both of my beginning feats to getting a tail and wings.

This character is really weird, because it's technically a first level character, which means I get reduced skill ranks, skill max ranks, feats, ability score increases, and so on. Annoying, but I get some really cool stuff too. Maybe I should just get 2 levels in sorcerer and the racial class each, because otherwise I only have 7 hit points.

Edit: Also, what do you think of traits?

Edit again: Looks like I have to either take 1 level of draconic, or 3 levels of it, so looks like I'm taking the 3. Although, I might want to take 3 levels of sorcerer instead, and 1 of the draconic. If I took only 1 of the draconic, I'd have to give up 2 sorcerer levels in a row, so it's better to do it now when I can survive the penalties. It's weird that they add up to 4, but the first level of each combines. For now I can survive using Shield and Mage Armor, and hopefully I can get a couple of flaws, and get Draconic Toughness and Draconic Heritage.

Let me fix that then :P

Eberron is a great setting, and not just because of the lack of alignment-restricted dragons :)

Can I create a character using the Draconic racial class from Races of the Dragon? I'd like to create a half-dragon human sorcerer, and without this class, I'd have to drop in at level 4. I'll have some reduced usefulness as a sorcerer, and only have the HP of a first level sorcerer too, but I'd be more powerful in general, and get to fly :D

I think the way that it works is that for the first level, I get a normal sorcerer level, and a +2 bonus to Intimidate and Spot. For every level, up to 4th, I don't gain any sorcerer levels, but I do gain draconic stuff. In addition, I can choose to get wings at character creation, because I don't get wings as a half-dragon unless the base creature is a large creature or larger, but with a feat, I can get wings (if chosen at creation).

Of course, this all depends on getting permission from the DM. Also, according to the book, I'd have to be from the Seren barbarians or something. I'm not sure how flexible you are with the Eberron lore though.

Edit: I can work with Thursday, but I think most people would prefer a weekend, including myself

Someday, we should have a Bay12 meetup at a KFC, and there must be double downs for everyone.

Where I live in Oregon, we don't get snow (get plenty of rain living in a rain forest though :P). We're lucky if it snows at all during the winter months, and when it does, it's maximum six inches or so. I wish it snowed more here :( I love the snow, and winter in general.

(Also, happy 1000 posts to me.)

I went to the beach last Friday, it wasn't very fun. For me though, it's more about the sand than the cold water, I hate sand. The wind chill is what really makes the water cold though, I can bear the water just fine, I hate cold air, though the temperature was around 90. The sand though, it gets everywhere, and it never leaves. One time I went to the beach, and I was still finding sand in my ears two weeks later.

I see the purpose of a vacation to relax, and get rid of stress. Though this mini-vacation wasn't very relaxing, I don't have much against it. I'd still rather go to a regular pool or something, just to stay away from the sand. Just go to the beach, as long as it's a decent temperature, you'll have fun.
