You decide that now is the time for a endoplasmic reticulum. Having no complex proteins, you synthesize one out of the amino acids. And then realize that you just wasted five amino acids and a bit of glucose for not enough protein to make an endoplasmic reticulum. Damn it.

Code our single DNA to hold blueprints for more DNA.

Make those things that make things with RNA

Use those things, some RNA, some Amino acids and/or energy, and the coded DNA, to make: MORE DNA!!! at a lesser overall cost, (I think, unless we pulled the first one out of our theorectical asses...)

???

PROFIT!!!

[Also, would you please start posting costs of things in with the action, im tired of doing math and cellular sciences at the same damn time...]

We did pull the first piece of DNA out of our asses. Luckily, we can use the DNA as a blue print to make more DNA, so it's okay. (I have been posting the costs of things. I'll make it more clear if you want.)

You use four amino acids, and ferment a bit of glucose to make a ribosome. You should be able to make more complex proteins and organelles now.

Zako, the logic does not become faulty just because I could be scum. If I was scum, I would still make the same assumptions as a player who was town, since the scum are trying to act like they are town.

You reverse engineer some DNA by using a piece of RNA and six amino acids.. Unwinding and rewinding all those NAs is tiring work, you needed to ferment 4 glucoses! You put your DNA in the nucleus. You feel smarter already.

You decide to name yourself Xeno.

You'll need some more complex proteins to improve your organelles. You could use amino acids, but that will take a lot.

You are too stupid to develop those things. Some DNA might be in order.

31552
You think how amazing it would be to have better oxygen resistance, but have no idea how to get it.

Instead, you swim around, looking for more glucose. You need to ferment a glucose inorder to do this, but you find 5 more glucose!

You continue searching, finding four more amino acids, and enough glucose to power the trip.

As you slow down, you bump into a tasty bit of sugar worth 3 glucose. Nice.

You feel that you have enough materials to do something.

I'll be offline now, so argue among yourselves what to do next.

31554
Develop oxygen resistance, while burning Glucose.
If the cell were to develop vacuoles and a lysosome could we then retrofit a cilia to inject the cell destroying enzymes into other cells? Of course we would need a golgi apparatus to create a lysosome.

I would have no objection to that. (But you need DNA to use it.)

31555
EDIT: I meant to say that the day seems dragged out to me.

31556
The cell doesn't even realize that you are eating it. Stupid cell. You get two more pieces of RNA, absorb 6 amino acids, 4 glucose and enough energy to fully absorb the cell. Meaning you have the same about of energy as you had before. (But much more materials)

I seems that you don't have enough energy to make a cytoskeleton.

You feel the other cell bump into you.

Now we can get motile cilia in order to flee if we need to. Also do we have a cytoskeleton? If not that is top priority.

We can move with the Centrosome already. All the motile cilia do is make us move faster.

Zako hasn't really convinced me: I'm sticking by my vote for the time being. I can see the possibility of Scatterbrain being scum however. Bandwagon-ing Zako doesn't help, but as per your previous theories, he is your logical second choice.

Psssh, Logic. If logic meant something in this game, Eclipsetail would have flipped scum and breadbocks would have been lynched first day (my bad, you guis).

Should we wait for the replacement or do we just want to call it a day? I'm ready to retire.

Zako, got anything to say?

Logic really only helps when people claim cop. (Like Zako.)

I'm fine with calling it a day. Days seems dragged out to me.

You decide it would be a good idea to make some sensory cilia, so you are not as blind to the world. Two amino acids later, and its done. You feel the water stirring. It's probably another cell nearby. Your cilia are not sensative enough to detect where it is though.
