Had to go most of the day without painkillers. That sucked. Thankfully, I was able to get a refill on my prescription today. That said, I have been making sure to only take them when I need to, and I made my last 11 day supply (90 pills,) last 18 days.

Yes, I am American (from Michigan,) and yes, absolutely. I was once fired from a job because of inconsistency...due to the fact that an unevenly loaded pallet fell on  and sprained my knee and hip. We can legally be fired for any (or no) reason.

It's been ok. It's not been great, but I've gotten a mini-vacation to heal up and still have a job waiting for me when I get back. (And I'm on a reduced payroll schedule. I'm still kinda getting paid even though I can't work. Blows my mind, man. Administrative leave is weird.)

My body has been...less cooperative than my brain. Some days, it just doesn't wanna work. It's better than it was before surgery, but that's a pretty low bar to clear.

Back was definitely related, but it also had a lot to do with genetic conditions weakening the local area. I'll start to do better soon, but I'm still in a lot of pain and on heavy duty painkillers. I'll start physical therapy for the fifth time soon.

I got it working. Basically, I screwed up the mod format. It's my first time building a mod for stuff like this (I usually just edit the live files straight up, like DF raws), so I forgot to use the "replace path" command in my .mod file. Now I just need to work on localization and I'll be satisfied with it.

Dumb question time. I made a little personal religion mod, and now the game CTDs on clicking on the religion tab. I have 5 holy sites. From what I gather on  paradox's forums, it's a 3.1 problem with incompatibility with mods featuring religions. Nothing changed from my last update (worked on 3.0, 2.9, et al.) Game runs fine otherwise.

Is this something I have to wait out, or does anybody have any ideas?

My girlfriend may or may not have propositioned one of her good friends while we were drinking. I don't believe anything will come from it, but I certainly wouldn't turn it down. Also, I may be a little drunk and missing you all.
