Question!

Does Juice affect whether your liberals crack and give you up when they get arrested? I know Heart does, but does Juice come into the equation at all?

Like, if I had a guy with 0 juice and 7 Heart (high base heart), and a guy with 200 juice and 7 Heart (low base heart, with stat increases from juice), would they have the same odds of cracking, or would the one with more juice be less likely to crack?

Being able to say "I don't know" is how you become a scientist. And not one of those conservative eminent scientists, either. a PROPER scientist.

@BoxOfAids: You must succeed on a law skill check AND a persuasion skill check. The law skill check is harder.

I didn't think it would be THAT hard, I threw a guy with 13 persuasion and 7 law at it and failed  :o

Oho, so I was DOUBLE-RIGHT. Better start training up that law skill...

Last one, I promise!

For jury-tampering (when you infiltrate the courthouse), what determines whether or not it's successful? Is it Law, Persuasion, stat-based, or... what?

Oh and a rhetorical question: I know that sleeper effectiveness varying is a "feature", but why is it that it's always that ALL of them seem go down at the same time, leaving me with 3 sleepers under 20% effectiveness after 2-3 months  >:(

got another one!

Is there anywhere that we can find the breakdowns of what the starting choices do for stats besides testing all the combinations? the first choice seems particularly vague about what kind of stats you get from it.

Also, how do you access the crack house as a safehouse, it defaults to not being a safehouse but ended up as one in one of my runs.

I've done everything Callista suggested.

It accepts me typing in a name, it just won't do anything when I press enter/any other key to move beyond the name selection. I can choose my history and such easily and quickly, just for some reason it just WONT let me progress.

Did you try the dev version too?

I've run it on my Vista laptop with no issues, works fine on Win 7 as well.

Maybe try getting the dev version with the source code in it, instead of the normal version.

Question!

Is there any way to remove Supreme Court justices without getting the Amendment or whatever to have them all deported or waiting for each one to step down?

No. But if they're stopping you from winning, you should get the Amendment to boot them out.

Yeah, I was just wondering, I've never had them stop me from winning I don't think. Just something I was wondering. I thought I read somewhere that there was another way to kick them out or something lol

I don't think there are any specific buildings that you have to raid to get the public opinion towards Liberal with tax structure. I do know that there are a few tax structure stories you can sometimes randomly get when doing a special edition of the Liberal guardian, and those are usually from the Secret Corporate files you can collect.

Hm, I kind of figured as much. Where's the best place to get corporate files, besides hacking? Corporate place on the outside of town?

I'm on my first playthrough of the game, CCS disabled.

I have public opinion set on mostly elite liberal, except I can't figure out how to affect public opinion on Tax Structure. It seems like no matter where I raid, public opinion on Taxes is stuck at about 33%. What should I be doing to raise that?

Thanks!

Are you running windows?

If so, you should be downloading this version.

You just need to extract it with winzip or 7zip or winrar and put it into a folder, and it should run fine.
