In response to the image, the voidwalkers weren't exactly riding them. The pigeons just sat at the edge of the map when I opened the ballista salvo corridor to let the voidwalkers in. It was a slaughter, and I only had a broken swordsdwarf nose to show for it.

Just had a voidwalker siege show up with a bunch of war spec ops pigeons. Might want to fix that.

Also, I melted some masterful ethereal spheres I got from a Savant alchemist. He tantrumed, punched a brewer, and got lashed to death by the voidshard whip wielding fortress guard.

Has anyone gotten hadrine yet? I've gotten a few woven meshes, enough for 11 pieces of hadrine equipment. Should I make helmets or chestplates?

The option 'remains' in the refuse stockpile - does it mean vermin remains? I would like a stockpile that takes all the corpses, rotten food, body parts, and one that only takes vermin remains for mod reactions.

Look at whose talking, you should be lynched! Your talking about another person giving plants to the blood god! Everyone knows plants have blood in them, and you still want to lynch him?!

The common definition of blood is usually not the life fluids found within plants, good sir.

Anyway, is it even possible to make reactions that take edible meats (and organs), and nothing else?

If you don't want to not create perfect trapzone, then embark into places you haven't, like sites with aquifer or on glaciers or on beaches.

I've never breached an aquifer before... guess I'll try this.

May I direct you to the modding forums? There's a fine assortment of mods to choose from, ranging from those that crank up the difficulty (Fortress Defense) to those that flesh out the world (Genesis) to those that are just fun (mega-goblins) to those that are close to a total conversion (Wastelanders, etc).

Just browse around and give one a shot. If you know DF pretty well, picking up and playing a modded version is easy to do.

Tried the mods. Played Genesis till I got tired of werewolves sieging me at every turn. Played Corrosion till the infected came riding giant jaguars (really broke it for me...). Played various other, but currently decided on Legend of Forlorn Realms. Anyhow, survival is still not really a problem even when LoFR has enemies with metals just short of cotton candy, and yet the routines at the moment is destroy sieges, clean up, and kill more sieges. Not too hard when defenses are set up correctly.

Survival is not a problem. FPS is not a problem (atom smashed all stone, caged or killed 90% of all animals). Production is not a problem. Everything I need has been dug out, engraved, and had gem encrusted furniture put on it. I'm not opening the clown car, and I dislike building mega-projects (bad architect, laziness, no original ideas).

Cthulhu was first one my mind when Nar mentions 'old gods'. Could even be implemented somewhere in the ritual tech tree as an easter egg, really.

Really shouldn't jump to conclusions like that... I mean, it sounded pretty serious.

Still, me being impatient old me: Dohon, if you've really lost interest, can you at least tell us that? It would spare those of us who check for updates the trouble.
