I usually have a rule of thumb that I always offer 33-50% more than what I want is worth.

If something is valued at 2000, then I'll trade junk beautiful mugs off worth 3000.

If the parents are dead, will they still be shown?

Interesting. I didn't think buildings appeared if you used Embark Anywhere to do it on a city or tower.

Let's say I do embark upon a tower, wouldn't the zombies instantly perform acts of sodomy upon my hapless dwarves?

Yup. I especially enjoy firing them into necromancer towers in my attempts to troll the undead.

Holy crap, that's right, we actually have something we can siege now!
I didn't know you could embark on Necromancer towers!?

Yes.

And yes.
What about MiniMacker's question? This is my favorite tileset, but I don't want to corrupt my saves if it isn't compatible. with .02.
According to Toady, there was some nasty corruption issue from the start. Which would slowly cause the save to become more and more unstable.

So I'd recommend you start over like me.

Question. The update pack (As in, the non-game pack), is it compatible with 0.34.02?

Polymorphing an undead creature to something non-fire immune and has a high homeotherm?

That way, the creature combusts and melts from the inside slowly?

Not sure if it burns the corpse though. You could just permanently polymorph the creature into something that has ITEM_CORPSE:whatever and kill the polymorphed form of the creature?
Soon we'll be seeing Zombified Puddles of burnt Primordial soup.

just looked up the raws

Giant sponges move so slowly they can be said not to move at all and do not have any form of attack. Seemingly, they are indestructible. Most likely, dwarfs jumped in the river and drowned out of frustration.
It does have the [IMMOBILE] tag.

[MOUNT_EXOTIC]

Oh god, I laughed WAY too much at this.
The goblins will arrive riding Giant War Sponges! BEWARE!

56
Aye. It's like sleeping on a new mattress.

If you go back to your old one, it's going to feel stiff and bulgy.

I actually think they already get their sexual frustration out.

You've never bothered to analyze the "Been satisfied at work" thought?

You could copy the save folder and abandon that one and check legends.
