DF Gameplay Questions / Mega project help

I am planning on making a huge fortress ,but I want to have it all build before my dwarf start living in it ,is it possible to somehow make my dwarves invulnerables and super fast (I know you can do it with SPEED:0 but ive tried it in the creature standard txt in 4-5 different places and its never worked) and makes them cut wood/mine extra fast ?
