Remind the Bartoros in my ranks that they were beaten. Their lives are in my hands. And it'd be a shame to just throw them away.
Gauge the approximate number of Bartoros in the enemy herd. If it's larger than the previous one, try to pull back and retreat. Head to the monster graveyard.
If the herd is similar or smaller in size (or larger, but still of a smaller overall combat rating than my group) to the previous one, pull back and prepare an ambush.

Jon is at least at the 'Adam Jensen' level of covered with metal, if not more. He asked for it, after all. The techies had no reason to hold back with the augs.

Gather soldiers in the Plains for now. If there are less aggressive monster tribes nearby, might as well try to bring those under Zethe while recruiting.

Jon will take his Gatling out for a spin on the shooting range. He needs to get a feel for heavy weapons. And since he's there, he'll shoot some targets with his Repulsor too. Just to test it out.

Thanks to the Repulsor Beam mod, I no longer have a reason to lug around a rifle. So, I refunded the XP I put into Medium Arms and CQC and put it into Heavy Arms. Then I bought a shiny new Gatling Cannon.

Jon will swing by R&D and tell them to make a laser rifle mod for his other arm. Its firepower can probably be made higher than the standard rifle's, since Jon's power output is most likely higher than the rifle's built-in one.

Jon's physical stats have also been augmented. To the point that he could rip off Frazz's tail, should he feel the need to. They probably are smaller than Frazz's, but I've also got no hard numbers.
