You could have simply blocked the domain with Adblock or similar.

Hey this is an important competition. We're trying to see who, between SA and LUE, has the biggest e-penis. So by making me remove the link, YOU MADE SA'S PENIS SHRINK. Thanks for nothing.

Also Shadowlord and others who worried and tried to explain, let's just say that Xgamer4 was right. The .biz domain is necessary for this feat.

Woah there, you are all overreacting really. It's just a stupid 0x0 IMG link. Yes, I was doing an experiment for that stupid city game. I didn't "announce" it because I didn't think it would create so much drama.

I've removed the link. You win this one, LUE.

From my experience with forum-based and email-based Nomics, I'd say I prefer by email.

Also, the proposet ruleset does not specify how long voting should last, how many votes are needed to pass a Rule or Amendment, etc. In Nomics, you cannot assume anything: everything has to be explicitely defined or else you might end up fighting about the meaning of words endlessly.

I also made a set of small tools in PHP to make maintenance and archiving easier. If any wants it, I could release the code.

I've played Nomics for a few years (mainly Agora, which is in its 14th year non-stop) and I know at least one other Agoran is active on the wiki.

A few months ago, I started one on SomethingAwful. It stayed alive for about a month and a half before everybody lost interest.
So if you want an idea of how a Nomic can look and feel in a forum, check out my thread: http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=2612765

Damn, fuck that Imageshack crap.
I can host the comics on the wiki if you want, before you get a website.

We've had this debate for weeks now and I decided to create a new wiki. I needed to upgrade the MediaWiki version anyways and porting all the content to the new wiki would have been much more complicated than starting from scratch. Also, having a blank wiki means that there are less chances to have false or deprecated information.

It's a hassle but I don't think it's too hard to copy/paste between the two versions.

OK OK I KNOW I KNOW.

I've tried importing the user accounts but since I've upgraded to a new version of MediaWiki, it doesn't work. They've made changes, whatever.

So yeah, please recreate your account. It's sad, I know BUT LIFE IS SAD AND GLOOMY. You'll all forget about it once the new version is released.

If you have any problem, contact me at sensoz@gmail.com or PM me on SA (same name) as I always forget to visit this forum.
