Rest up, while planing a way to light all the candles really quickly
Malgun considered the mark on his hand. I don't know if I can risk opening a portal. It might not lead back home; it would be more reliable to kill the demon maintaining this illusion. What I should do is give myself the ability to kill this demon, and possibly more in the future. I need strength to do that... strength to protect everyone. He clenched his fist and focused on the demon energy. I need to hit harder, react quicker, absorb more punishment... He tried to spread it throughout his body, to concentrate it until his muscles and boost his natural abilities.
Give myself a quick healing, then run to the fortress to inform someone in power about Light's betrayal.
If I find a empty store or distracted shopkeeper, pocket something valuable or two on the way.
Find the nearest doctor, and help with the wounded, using anything clean enough as bandages.
Yes! He stares slightly at Malgun and studies his concentration techniques as they wait for Havor'e to hurry up.
FEMAIM gets into the secure networks of the Chinese and American "houses of government" and directs several messages, employees, and funds into creating world peace.
Just slit the hobo's throat before going and collecting a book on dragons to study. Since we have a little bit of time to kill go collect and deliver the cattle as well. Also get a bit of information on the men we're going to be killing for Stanton if time permits.
Tell the troll to take us down to the bay. Sit down and have a drink in sorrow with Frelock to mourn those lost.
Help get the ship down to the city, and then proceed to spread the rumor that a group of demons is behind this.
Malgun absorbed the demon's soul into the mark. Just one more and then we're safe... maybe with their power I can rip a hole in this spell and get us back to safety. He worked the lever, ejecting the spent shell, and took aim at the spine demon's chest. He wasn't certain its heart was there, but perhaps he would be lucky...
"See, deamons are just that, they are not invulnerable"
Havor'e attempts to comfort the villagers, and fires a righteous strike at the spine daemon
Prepare another Just Retribution!
Get people to safety. And by that, I mean, take the floating enchantments off the fallen island, and use it to repell all of the falling fire and molten steel. Order people to start to get hospitals ready, and do it now.
Tell the troll to take us away from the chapel right away, and reload my gun while in transit. Keep an eye on the Marshall.
Pointing at the marshall's airship, Frelock says to the troll, "Follow that airship, don't let them get away! They're the ones responsible for all this." Then he goes down into the hold to search for any explosives.
Malgun sighed and pressed his fingertips against his forehead, rubbing it slightly. Goddamnit. He turned around and looked at the other three. "Sareesa is... busy. I spoke to her but she's having a lot of trouble right now; if I had to guess I'd say some kind of spell is taking up all of her concentration. Anyway, God helps those who help themselves, or so I've heard, and if we're going to get out of here we're going to have to do it on our own." He checked his ammo count, but kept the safety on for the moment; he didn't need a repeat of what happened the last time he had it off around a priestess.
Havor'e asked about the 37. "Honestly I've no clue, and I doubt the answer is in here. The building may be safe but all that waits for us here is a slow death for starvation. We should go out and find the answers, maybe kill the demon and end this curse. It's our only chance. Whenever you're ready, let me know." He leaned on the wall and pulled the brim of his hat down slightly.
For a start, gently ignite all the candles, starting from the centre-most group and working out
Okay... This is quite bad. Draw power from the crystal to stabilise the island, and then run for cover from the waves.
Speaking to Frelock: "No, I don't think I could do that in mah current situation... Perhaps ya could throw tha stone on the ship and give me tha name of that captain instead? It'd be worth tha shot if you're in range."
He turns to his comrades and replies to Malgun. "Yes, I think it'd be a good idea to exchange pleasantries with dis demon." He helps Havor'e with the lighting of the candles before deciding to join Malgun.
