Skarn held up Khanda and with a flash of light, the shotgun reverted back into an inconspicuous silver pin with a blue jewel in the center. He stuck it on his lapel.

"Hopefully those girls didn't get themselves into too much trouble chasing that dark Mirager."

As the first Leech attacked, Nagisa put his back against Kazuma's and pushed, shoving his fellow Mirager out of the way and taking the full brunt of the blow before retaliating with a quick blast. The second one came in quickly, clearly aiming to attack while Skarn was distracted and Reaper was off-balance, and he switched to a one handed grip on his shotgun. Raising that arm to protect his face, Nagisa used his other hand to again move Kazuma to safety, taking another hit before pumping another shell in the chamber and firing back.

"I think I've pushed about as far as I can go. I'm counting on you two to finish the fight!"

Reaper will move to N11 and Axe Leech E. Skarn Again's Reaper; Reaper will then Axe Leech E again if it survived or else move to Q11 and Axe Leech C.

"Near the school, huh? Sounds like a job for me. You guys catch Ryuuji up, I'm off to the archives."

"So many lunatics around Shiokawa these days... No chance he'll listen to reason! I'm gonna get him out of our way!"

After Reaper moves to P12 and Focus Chants, Skarn moves to P11 and both Performs and Guards him. Reaper then moves to P10 and uses the Dark version of Duban to attack the Black Mirager.

Tatsuya sighed and dropped the bundle of clippings he was holding back onto the table.

"Nothing more than a handful of articles and all of them too tactful to actually mention where the place is. Since when do journalists actually worry about people going to these old houses?"

He looked over at Ryuuji.

"Nah, it's fine. This is as good a base of operations as any, though it could use a few snacks if we're going to spend much longer here looking through all this."
