It's happened to me 3 times in a row now. I mine down far enough to get ore to make weapons, but before I can get it turned into weapons, I've uncovered troglodytes, ogres and bats that come up and kill me. How do I defend myself if the stuff I need to make weapons means going down and uncovering baddies?
